Took a little vaycay with my 6 yr old before school started back. We both had a blast. Fairly quiet and close to everything you would need.

Super clean, just as advertised. Can’t get any closer to the beach and this place was perfect for the solo traveler that I was. Communication with the host was also very easy and also prompt. Can highly recommend this tiny gem!

The hosts were so sweet and the property was quaint and adorable. The view of the ocean was awesome; It was nice to wake up and walk outside the back door to take a stroll on the beach! We were able to park our car directly at the front door, which was nice. 10 out of 10.

The property was exactly as described and was absolutely perfect!! I was in town to watch my daughter run at UNF and the location was perfect. Easy access to the University and even better…right on the beach. Beach access was super easy and very close to the pier and restaurants and parking. Condo comes with 2 beach towels and chairs and some beach toys.
The condo itself was fantastic. Yes, it’s small with a Murphy bed and pullout but the Murphy bed is super comfortable and was perfect for me. Great bathroom, good size, and well appointed. Kitchen had EVERYTHING I needed. Both a Keurig and drip coffee maker and enough plates and utensils to get you through. This place lives bigger than the square footage.
Checkin and checkout is super easy and the owners are very responsive. The only thing I would attend to is that you should use the directions provided by the owners instead of Apple Maps for the condo address. Apple Maps is close but not perfect. The directions by the owners are perfect.
If in the area again, would definitely stay here again!!

Tiny, but great location. The Murphy bed was a first for both of us. Lol. Good thing we like touching! Location was awesome. Quiet and chill. Would go back & also, pleasantly surprised with Jacksonville Beach all together. Will return. New love...

Had a super time for some solo travel. Location was great and next to a bunch of stuff to do. City isn't that far away either. Great beaches and awesome view of fireworks for 4th of July. Well stocked and well cleaned unit. Would come back again. Thanks!

This was just what we needed.
From this prestinely clean property we got to see the sunrise and the sunset.
Just enough room for two sleeping separately my little boy and me. Both beds were very comfortable.
It really looks exactly like the picture.
And the place smelled so fresh and clean. The toiletries were splendid, the beds are super comfortable.
The location is central to anything and everything you want and or need.
I can only say the sand dune to get to the beachwas a bit step for dragging all the stuff to the beach that I really didn't need.
Overall it was great, we want to stay again but this time we need a full week.

Super quiet and relaxing place to stay. Would recommend and stay again. Only thing is bring your bikes. You can see everything in a couple city blocks. Bikes were the preferred transportation around the town. Short walk to pier and the restaurant selection is vast. The local eateries were excellent.

A girlfriend and I stayed here for a staycation weekend getaway. It’s the perfect space and location. We loved walking the beach and walking to restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

This beach condo is a little slice of paradise. Ocean views, a pool and great restaurants you can walk to. The hosts are great too! We will be back.

Great vacation!
The property was clean, as described, and in a perfect location. Easy and convenient access to the beach. Approximately a 10 minute walk to a nearby grocery store, and easy access to bars/dining area. Hosts were fast and responsive with questions that I had, and check-in/check-out process was seamless. Complimentary coffee, a bottle of wine, beach chairs/towels, and boogie boards were a great addition to the property. Would stay here again!

Cute and comfortable
This place is the cutest.
So cozy, comfortable And clean. Just enough space for the two of us. We loved sitting on the back patio feeling the strong breeze and listening to the ocean at night. We did a lot of exploring. So close to many business/restaurants
I did not want to leave. I could had lived here and it did cross my mind more than once to not come back home.
Thank you Randall for a comfortable stay at the cutest little place . If I visit again this is where I will be coming .

I loved staying by the ocean and feeling safe at this property. It was gated all around, parking lot, doors, beach gate. I slept really well here. It was quiet. It was also the perfect sized condo for one person. I had everything i needed: fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, even a boogie board! I loved the little outdoor patio where i rocked in the plastic rocking chair drinking coffee and reading. The pool was lovely but ice cold! The ocean was warmer. I loved walking the beach in the early morning....paradise.

Great oceanfront accommodations
Really enjoyed our stay. Nicely appointed and upscale décor. So clean and quick responses from the property manager. Gated complex. Thinking not all the rental units in this complex are this nice, but we know the several from this property manager are, with first or second floor options. Would recommend the ocean front building.

Totally as advertised, we were able to walk the beach. The actual beach is not visible due to the sand dune but the water is easily seen. The unit was well equipped with the basics of cutlery and pots and such, we were able to enjoy our stay.
I did not like having to strip the bed and do a bunch of the other cleanup at the end since it really did eat into our departure time, I agree leaving a place in good shape is essential but they had a very long list of things the renter was required to do. Warning. . . the laundry requires Two Dollars of quarters for BOTH the washing machine and the dryer so load up on quarters before you come. Probably would not rent again just because we want to watch the beach, but the unit was convenient and well managed.

Beautiful and cozy beach property!
I stayed here while visiting my son at UNF. It was very clean and well stocked. I felt safe with the security gates and it’s in a nice area where you can walk to so many shops and restaurants.
The owners are easy to communicate and respond quickly.
I’ll definitely stay here again!

The gates to get in and out of the property are difficult to use and often do not work, there were bugs in and outside, we were given 4 towels for 2 people and told we could not have clean towels on day 2 when requested. The beds were uncomfortable. Overall, very disappointing.

Great Location...right on the beach! Walk to restaurants, too.
Great cozy studio!! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator and stove, too. Great, rapid communication and response with owners. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
