The house was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out, tons of amenities, entertainment for kids and adults, quiet neighborhood. The only downsides were lack of enough lounge chairs and distance from downtown Gilbert.

We had rented this home for all of our family to be able to gather from different states and have a Thanksgiving Dinner and family time. The house was perfect for this, so spacious and clean. The owner was great at responding to any requests we had. The only thing I would suggest is more towels as there were not enough and we were washing them constantly.

The property was amazing. Large enough for our family to all have a bedroom and bathroom. Magdalena the property manager was awesome. We had pool problems day 3 and she had pool maintenance attend immediately and got everything fixed up. She answered all questions immediately. Great place.

We truly enjoyed our experience at this home. It was clean, & well stocked. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Had two small questions and our host was incredibly quick to respond.

A gorgeous property with everything you could want. The accommodations, pool, hot tub and outside areas were excellent. Owner was extremely responsive to our requests both before arrival and once we had checked in. She went way beyond what we could have ever expected. We will be back to this beautiful home.

Our stay was above expectations! Each guest had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was spacious and clean. The only suggestions would be to clean the outdoor furniture pillows and the pool. I would also suggest leaving printed instructions for the television remote controls. Other than those suggestions, the stay was amazing! I would definitely stay again!

This place had it all and we would 100% stay again! Our only notes to the hostess would be: A few more towels and wash clothes would have been nice. The beds were amazing! Higher quality pillows and a couple extra blankets would be a nice addition.

It was an amazing weekend for our group's needs. The layout of the home and outdoor area is beautiful. The home provided all the items we would need to enjoy ourselves. We were able to reach the host very easily if we had questions, however the details provided to us were very specific and easy to follow. We do hope to be back

Our stay was a great blessing for our kids and grandkids down from Minnesota for the week. The expansive home and heated pool made our stay an excellent one from start to finish!

Beautiful and spacious home in a great neighborhood for a large family gathering. Excellent supplied kitchen for cooking and seating. Variety of activities for everyone (large TVs and WiFi, arcade games, Foosball, corn hole, outdoor pool, hot tub). Within walking distance of parks, groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Our family had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The house was great for a multigenerational family with lots of space. Owner was great and always promptly responded to questions.

We had an awesome family vacation in this beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and games inside. Our grandkids were up early every morning ready to swim. My only suggestion would be more towels and washcloths as we washed them everyday after pool usage. We would definitly stay in this home again!

The house is beautiful, with a perfect amount of space for my friends/family to all gather together and not feel ontop of eachother. The owner is prompt at responding to any issues or questions. Would only recommend bringing bug spray. Alot of us did get bitten (day & night) by mosquitoes or something when trying to enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities. Owner did have a off bug candles already on site, just didn't work for our stay.

The house was perfect for a large group. So many amenities. Unfortunately our stay was on a rare weekend we AZ got a lot of rain so we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful backyard as much as we would have liked. Homeowner was very accessible and accommodating. Would recommend this property.

This was a beautiful home that can suit a large number of people in a quiet neighborhood. The only negative thing we can say is that we have stayed in cleaner homes before. The fridge hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while, there countertops had some food caked on top of them that blended into the counters, and the bbq was a mess and a the burner knobs were stopped out. None of this was a huge deal to us or a dealbreaker for the future. Magdalena was also very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Arrival a breeze, everything was beyond our expectations! Loved her house and beautiful backyard. She even let us do a late check out on Sunday! Thank You for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

Couldn’t have chosen a better house!! The floor plan was very open and spacious with plenty of room for 9 adults. The property owner was very quick in response to any questions we had. The outside area was great. A lot of small details thought out that made the stay even better! Location was close to airport and many other amenities. Would definitely recommend a d go back!

We came to Arizona for a wedding and loved this house. It was big enough where we didn’t feel like we were in each other’s space. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The pool and hot tub in the back yard were amazing. Although we didn’t use the hot tub cause we were all from Alaska and were looking for places to cool down in the Arizona heat! Lol So the pool was very refreshing! The s’more fire was an added bonus in the back yard as well as the bbq grill which we did use for a small family gathering. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again. The only issue we had was the step in the garage that our elderly Aunt fell down and ended up in the emergency room. We mentioned this to the owner and they said they would put some warning tape on the step as soon as possible. It was a long step and the garage and step are both painted gray so it was hard to see. I didn’t have an issue with it but a few others in our group did.

Our stay was wonderful. The homeowner (Magdalena) was great, she was responsive and was available when needed. Her home was clean and maintained very well. I would stay here again.

Overall, the home was lovely and very clean and tidy. Other reviews had said that the traffic noise behind the fence in the back yard was rather bothersome, but we honestly didn't find it that bad. You could definitely hear traffic, but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. Magdalena was wonderful to work with and always answered our text messages within minutes usually. I would stay there in the future.

Stayed at the Power Ranch for a wedding in Mesa. The house was described just as listed and did not disappoint us at all! We had everything we needed and enjoyed the outdoor space as the weather was beautiful. We got in some shopping at the Mesa Market and the guys got some golf in. The host was available to answer any questions and to assist if we ran out of anything. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area again. Thanks again.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at this property! Spacious, wonderfully-appointed and beautifully decorated, we would definitely stay here again. It was so nice to relax in the gorgeous backyard and enjoy the pool and hot tub during our AZ getaway. Magdalena was so nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with, too!
