Loved our stay!

The place is very clean and well kept. The owner is very responsive. Location is great being central to everything yet on its own beach (which was pretty quiet). Things I would want to know and share… if you are over 6’ tall, pay attention on the stairs and don’t plan on using the upstairs shower (the one downstairs in the master is fine for us taller types). The view is fantastic but the peacefulness was spoiled a bit by a noisy pump down below. The owner did EVERYTHING possible to work with the HOA to correct, but they facilities crew didn’t seem to be all that concerned. It was fine if you were inside, just annoying if you sat on the balcony. I would stay anywhere this owner owned, but will need to swing by next time we visit to see if the HOA ever dealt with the pump problem.

Had a very enjoyable time. Everything was great. Enjoyed our stay very much.

I’ve stayed at multiple Pinnacle Port properties but this was a little disappointing this time. It has a great view of the ocean right from the balcony and you can’t beat that. Unfortunately we had some cleanliness issues and at one point a pipe disconnected in the kitchen and leaked all over the floor. Seems like management probably needs to pay closer attention to the maintenance and upkeep of the property. If that’s taken care of, it’s really a great space, one bedroom and a pullout couch. Ocean and a gulf view. You can even rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Love the area, very quiet and peaceful!

Very nice condo on 7th floor with great view of ocean on one side and Lake Powell on the other. Had my 8yr old grandson with me. The pool was wonderful and the covered area was great for bad weather and night swimming. Would stay there again!

Good location for parks & recreation, food & drink.

My husband and I came to PCB to celebrate our third anniversary. This property was absolutely beautiful. We had a hiccup with check-in (not owner’s fault) because Evolve gave us the wrong access code for the door, Lisa (owner) responded to my call and stayed on the phone with me to make sure the code worked. The view of the Gulf from the living room and the view of the lake from the kitchen were beautiful. The views are better in person than the pictures listed. The beach was gorgeous and low-key. This wasn’t mentioned in other reviews, but the condo is in a gated community and they require a parking/entry pass. We didn’t know that but the security was helpful and took care of us. This condo was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again in the future :-)

Love staying at Pinnacle Port. This unit was very clean, great decor and easy communication with owner.

Clean, cute, and as advertised. The bed was comfortable and so was the pull out! Check-in process was easy, and communication was great. Pinnacle Port is our favorite place to stay in Panama City. This condo is perfect for small families. We would definitely stay again!

On Carillon Beach, a quiet pristine stretch bordering Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park. Big pool, grilling areas, tennis courts. Condo is extremely well equipped, comfortable. There was no communication directly with the property manager, and were referred to the Owner with any questions or concerns. Lisa was quite responsive.

We LOVED our stay here, it was our first time at pinnacle port and we will definitely be back, and hope to stay in this condo again! We joined 4 other families and all stayed in building A, since this is in a gated community we felt comfortable letting our teens roam around, they loved the rented bikes! The owner Lisa was in touch with me the day before our trip and responded quickly to my questions and was super friendly. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with a boho beachy feel, and it had two beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for us to use, also had a few amenities I wasn’t expecting like cleaning supplies, tea, coffee and filters, extra soap, etc., I felt at home, and I also liked having two floors so my daughter and I could have our own space when necessary. Highly recommend this property:)

This condo was decorated so nice and recently renovated. The owner had lots of sweet touches to make it feel special. The easy access to the beach is such a plus! We would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

This property was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. As soon as I walked in I was impressed with how clean it looked and smelled. That’s huge for me. We all felt comfortable and would definitely recommend!!!

This condo was perfect-beautiful, very clean and had all we needed, king size bed very comfortable. Had beach chairs, beach umbrella and even beach towels if you don’t bring your own. View was great-had the beach in main area and the lake from the bedroom. The owner/hostess was amazing❤️Highly recommend!

Other than a glitch checking in, our stay was perfect. The property was even more charming than the photos. The owner, Lisa was responsive and made every effort to make sure we were taken care of. The only reason we did not give the overall experience 5 stars was because of the management company, Evolve. We found them to be rude, unresponsive, uninformed and in the end, even dishonest.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! Our door code did now work on arrival so we had to call the owner-she answered immediately and gave us another code to try and stayed on the phone with me until we were able to enter the condo. Condo is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location!

Convenient to the beach and amenities on site. Ample room and close to restaurants/stores. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

In a beautiful community and conveniently located. Beach in the back and lake in the front. Amenities on site include pool, restaurant, suana, & more. 2/2 & quaint. My friends and I used it for a girls trip. Owner was available and very accommodating.

This stay was great. Literally, right on the quieter side of the beach. The place was set up so nicely.. I loved how the bedroom was downstairs & upstairs was the kitchen & living area along with the balcony that overlooked the ocean. The decor in the condo was so well put together.. Almost everything was provided for our stay that we needed, blender , tea, cleaning products, feminine products, extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella.. this place was perfect for our mini vaca & I would definitely book again... it is a bit away from shopping area but not too far... Book it.. you won’t be disappointed

Loved it so much, and amazing service from the property owner! This is a two story property with stairs between bedroom and kitchen but baby gate was provided. Perfect view of beach front and lake with white sandy beach access. We will definitely be going back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port in the past, but in a different condo, so we knew a lot about the area already. The property was exactly as expected, and the owner had thought about all the extra details. I appreciated the thoughtfulness that had went into our stay.
