The property was perfect for a long weekend getaway to Ocean City, NJ. The place is small, but set up well, and perfectly located with easy access to the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue. If you go to bed early there is noise from the amusement park nearby, but that is part of the fun of a beach trip. After the amusement park closed down it was perfectly quiet in the area. It's a great place that we would book again.

Our family of 4 had a great stay. It’s right off the boardwalk, at the point where the Ferris wheel is. House onwer was lovely, she had a welcome basket full of nice goodies including a $20 arcade gift card. So nice! Bed is very big we ended up not needing the pullout sofa bed. We’d stay here again!

We had a good stay here! Perfect for a little weekend getaway for my family. We were a block away from the boardwalk, right behind Castaway Cove. Super close to Ocean City Coffee Company (which was awesome, but the location does have a keurig too!) Appreciate the fridge having a water/ice feature. If any of us had to use the bathroom it was quicker walking to our room instead of waiting in line (that close to the beach!). The previous guests accidentally left with beach tags, but Jody was great with making sure we had some before we were ready to go to the beach during our stay. Location was near all our family favs so as much as I enjoy some leisurely walks on the boards, it was great being close to everything. Also, the check in and out process was very easy. Very appreciative of that.

To celebrate our 41st anniversary we travelled to Ocean City and stayed in this wonderful condo. When we arrived there was a welcome basket and a box of chocolates on the table. We had no problems at all during our 4 night stay! The nights and early mornings were quiet, and we had a marvelous little vacation. Thank you and we will be back!

Our family had a great experience in this space. The location is awesome and the overall vibe of the town is idyllic. Although it has an amusement park directly behind the building, it is closed during the week and only open on the weekends, so that wasn't an issue for us since we were there Tuesday and Wednesday. Our experience was easy and relaxing. There is always uncertainty when booking since you don't know what to expect, but this space was clean and we are very pleased with our stay. Would recommend it!

This listing was exactly as pictured. Small, yet cozy - perfect for staying several nights with my husband and baby. Check process was simple, host was helpful and responsive. Would stay here again! The location is fantastic - a short walk from downtown or the boardwalk and beach. Very pleased with our choice to stay here!

Was great up until our stay. These reviews were such a surprise after seeing property. We checked in and these photos are definitely not updated. Did not seem like cleaning was done from last rental. Dirty, mac and cheese on walls, missing closet door, bed was messy, pillows thrown which made us look further into the sheet to find bed bugs. Called host, he was unprofessional immediately dismissing concerns, looking all over the apartment when I clearly stated they were only on the bed. Would not even look at my photos/video of the bed bugs. Had concerns with having our baby sleep here but dismissed all of our concerns. Would not give us our money back. Stayed at a hotel and loved our experience. Glad we got our money back and would never rent from this host again.

Nice 1BR condo very close to the beach and boardwalk. If you are sensitive to noise or light, this may not be the option for you. But if those things don’t bother you, and you want to be near the heart of the boardwalk, the beach, and downtown, then this is a fantastic choice.

My husband & I stayed here for a full week, Saturday to Saturday, & it was a perfect location for us! We usually book at the Impala, but decided to try something different.
The condo is a block away from the boardwalk & was super convenient if we had to run back for anything. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures & it worked out great for the 2 of us. I think if we had more than 2 people with us, it would be a bit crowded. The only downfall for me was the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Not saying it wasn't livable, but you could tell the shower needed attention.
Communication with Jody was easy as he was always available whenever we called with a question.
Again, this is a great place with a great location!

We loved our short stay in OC in this perfect one bedroom. The entire unit was sparkling clean, comfortable and convenient. In less than a few short minutes we were either walking or biking on the OC boardwalk. The king sized bed was ideal for us and we slept great for our 3 night stay. (I even took note of the mattress brand just in case we are looking to buy one). We did not cook in the condo, however, it appeared that the kitchen was well appointed with cooking supplies. The living room was great to hang out in and enjoy our boardwalk pizza. We are hoping to rent this unit again in the future.

My 4&7 year old slept on the pull out, my wife and I took the bedroom. There’s some noise from funland at night but we all sleep right through it, busy days make us tired. We’ve stayed here two years in a row and we’re going for a third next year!

An unforeseen and unavoidable minor maintenance issue was noted upon check-in. Owner was on sight in less than 10 minutes to help us resolve. Ultimate resolve was a little more complex but the owners gave us plenty of options to make sure we were satisfied. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. Every piece of info on the write up is accurate. Would be happy to rent from them again, anytime.

My 2 kids (ages 5&6), husband and I were in Ocean City for the weekend because I ride in the city to shore BikeMS ride. This was the perfect rental for the weekend. All of the pictures and description were accurate, it was clean. and the host was so easy and pleasant no to work with. To top it off, the location was the prime spot! Perfect location to the boardwalk!! Especially with little kids which was ideal!

The location of this condo is perfect for enjoying the beaches and boardwalk. This was our second year staying here. The property was clean and comfortable. May be a bit small for more than 3 people depending on your situation as we felt that we may need more space as our children are getting older.

Everything was perfect! We even got gifts for kids. They were very excited about it. Especially taking into consideration the long drive before. This place is close to everything kids related: arcades, sweets, rides and an ocean! Thank you!

The property was ideal - close to beach, boardwalk, and bike rentals. Jody was friendly and accommodating from the moment of booking through to our stay, and the welcome basket and beach tags were a lovely touch!

This was my first time renting a shore house and I was extremely pleased. The location was the absolute best. The property was clean upon arrival and the host Jody was great. The neighbors were very quiet and friendly. It was an overall great experience.

Location was spot on and very convenient. Other tenants are friendly and quiet. Great spot for kids being so close to the boards. Loved having a designated parking spot. Street parking was great too for family meeting up to walk boards. Jody was a great host and made a trip over the next day with gift basket. Thank you for the shirts from Jilly’s (gift cards used 😊)!

The apartment looks different in the pictures. In person it’s pretty dark and small. The couch smelled and the AC was awful. Me and my daughter stayed for one night and then moved to the Impala Suites around the corner. If you are on a budget it will probably do but it just wasn’t for us.
