very good. the only issue was the golf carts code ignition process but we eventually figured it out and swapped out one of the carts. you should have one up front so you can show guests how to punch it code correctly. the house was clean and the layout was real good.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday and we could not have asked for a better experience! The house had everything we need to accommodate our group. We have a little baby and the master bedroom was perfect because it had a large enough ventilated closet to fit his travel crib and give him quiet space. We loved having the elevator access to bring in groceries and our luggage. We were able to walk to the beach and town circle each day with its central location. This will be a trip to remember and one that everyone wants to do over again and stay in this same house!

We all loved the 2nd floor very large kitchen with open living space for us all to gather. The house was “beautiful beach” decorated and clean. And my husband and I loved the bed/bath master on the 2nd floor.We rented a golf cart to get our clan to the beach with all the chairs, toys, etc. the cart was delivered prior to our arrival. It was just a short drive to the beach. We loved the nightly drives on the beach in the cart. We had a minor problem upon arrival and I called the number and they were at the house in 10 minutes. Excellent service! We ordered pizza from the pizza place, delish! Went for coffee and ice cream each day! Watched a movie on the lawn one evening with the kids. We rarely left the neighborhood. It was a great place to gather family. Highly recommend!
