The condo is relaxing, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. It is a quiet neighborhood and super close to the beach. We were there for business so we were not able to enjoy the beach and or the pool. Hopefully another time. The hosts were easy to reach and very helpful.

This was a nice, quiet community and equipped with all that we needed for our brief stay. The owner was responsive and check-out was quick and easy.

This condo was great! Check in was seamless, communication with owner was instantaneous, and the condo was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the twin beds, but the other beds were soft and comfortable (yet also supportive)- the best we’ve ever had, in any rental. Plenty of beach supplies, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We have stayed in several New Smyrna Beach condos, and prefer this complex to staying right on the beach. Sea Woods is quiet, nature surrounds you, and the amenities are great. The heated pool is warmer than any other pools I’ve used in New Smyrna Beach. We went swimming repeatedly, even though the weather was in the 40’s to low 60’s. Great stay, thank you!! If we visit NSB again, we definitely want to stay in this condo again.

Our check-in was seamless. The condo was beautiful, beachy and very well appointed. There was obvious attention to detail. The owner thought of everything to make sure that his guests were comfortable. I can only say positive things about our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in a lot of places, this one was the best. The host has thought of everything. Kitchen well equipped, lots of beach stuff, great beds and plenty of room.

My group had a great time in NSB and at the condo. I had to work a little as I was attending a convention up in Daytona, but the rest of my gang enjoyed the nice facilities of the condo and the close by beach access. A good time was had by all!

Working with the owners, Rick and Cleve, to rent the property was easy. They worked with us be be sure we had the dates we needed. Once we were on site they communicated regularly to be certain all was okay and we had everything we needed. Their communication with us during the booking process and during our stay was exemplary. Best owners we have experienced, truly caring that we were satisfied and happy. The condo had everything we needed, beach towels and chairs, games, puzzles, movies, cable, internet, Apple TV, washer dryer fully equipped kitchen and numerous other amenities. The complex is in an ideal location, short walk to the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Pools are well kept and not crowded. Beach is beautiful We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

Quiet and friendly. Loved the apartment. We had a blast. We literally needed nothing. The place had everything, even a blender. Id definitely stay again.

Great place for families and convenient to all NSB has to offer

We were visiting my parents who live nearby. I love to stay in Sea Woods condos as the live oak trees provide privacy and beauty. It is close enough that you can walk to the ocean and hear the ocean from the complex. We had eight people and it would’ve accommodate us very comfortably (except I have teenagers and young adults who didn’t want to share beds, so some chose to sleep on sleeping bags or air mattress) There was plenty of bedding, towels, dishes, flatware, and glasses to accommodate all of us. The Condo was well appointed with games and ample beach supplies. Small private balcony/deck was lovely to relax at in the morning with breakfast or after dinner. As other reviewer’s have mentioned, it is a one flight of stairs walk-up to get to this particular condo. It would not be appropriate if you have mobility concerns. Our host Ric was VERY responsive to questions, replying to messages within a half hour! A great home base for a relaxing stay in New Smyrna Beach.

The property had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. It even had a Red tailed hawk sitting in the tree which we enjoyed in the morning. Convenient to the beach and restaurants.

We all had an awesome stay at your place. It was perfect. I would recommend this place anytime. It was perfect with lots of room. 2 min walk to the pool. Anything that we could of needed was in condo.

The property was everything we expected. We did not use the pool, etc. So cannot speak for them. We like this area because it is just far enough from the excitement to have quiet mornings and evenings. My second booking with Vrbo and will book again.

Accommodations were better than description. Great shops & restaurants on Flagler. Recommend Garlic & The Treehouse for a nice dinner.

Our family of five (two adults and three kids) had a wonderful stay! I can’t speak highly enough of our experience. The walk to the beach was easy, maybe five minutes. The pool was clean and a great afternoon spot once the kids tired at the beach. The beds are comfortable and the condo has everything you need! We also enjoyed the screened-in deck and spent nights lounging there after the kids went to bed and mornings drinking coffee. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you Rick!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of room. You can hear the ocean at night from the screened porch. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to the beach. Short drive to shopping and dining, although we had meals delivered via Uber eats. It is a 2nd floor unit, so that should be considered for anyone with mobility issues.

This is a great vacation rental. The layout is great, excellent location, my kids loved the pool, condo has everything you will need. Most of the beaches in New Smyrna you have to pay to park, I booked this rental hoping it really was close enough we could just pack our stuff and walk to the beach to avoid dealing with parking, sure enough, 2 minutes and you are at the beach. There was a 3am rocket launch from Kennedy space center, we walked to the beach at and saw it perfectly. The condo has everything you will need. The owners are great and very responsive to any questions. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to New Smyrna!
