The house is in a GREAT location if you want lake access and a fun property to enjoy. The house has a great theater room where I was able to watch the NCAA Basketball Tournament. The house was fairly clean and had everything you could need / want in a rental home. However, the internet is subpar at best due to the location I am assuming. I dropped internet most every evening and luckily had my own hotspot which worked all the time. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this house is great as there are no TV's or any type of entertainment in any of the bedrooms. The house is also showing its age as the most all the kitchen pots and pans were unlevel nor had lids. Again, I am sure during the summer this house is great, but "off-season" it worked due to location for me.

The view of the lake and the dock itself were lovely. The yard was a bit flooded so we weren’t able to use it much, which was disappointing. We did enjoy the fire pit one day, which was nice, and the hot tub was a welcome addition in the cold weather. Occasionally out in the back yard, near the stairs, it smelled of sewage - perhaps an issue with the septic - and the bottom floor was very musty smelling. We had a good time together though, which was the whole point.

Getting to restaurants, grocery stores was easy. Comfortable bed and VERY well stocked kitchen. It was just two of us in the off season, but the place was clearly equipped for a crowd with both indoor and outdoor fun stuff included. I would definitely come here again.

The lake house provided our group with a perfect, relaxing getaway. After purchasing some items at the local grocery store, it was possible for us to remain at the house and to enjoy the peace and serenity of the lake without ever leaving! From kayaking to paddle boarding to fishing or board games, there was always something for us to do.

My family, and friends of 8 had an enjoyable time at this venue. The house is a good size, but the living room and shared spaces are relatively small. My husband and another couple could sit comfortably on the only couch on the main floor, but no room for kids, etc. Needed more instructions for the TV and movie theatre rooms. It took us quite awhile to figure out how to get sound on the TV on the main floor and had to call Vacasa to address the same issue for the downstairs. Vacasa was great, and sent someone out. I wish there were more life vests for the adults and a bit cleaner. Strands of hair in the shower and sunroom and fridge could have been cleaned. Overall a great trip and pleasant experience.

Location and home were amazing. We loved our stay this weekend. Just FYI the front porch light is out, and the king bed on the main floor was broken when we got there. We made it work. Wonderful stay overall. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property on a quiet spot at the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small maintenance issue and Vacasa resolved it within the hour. The basement is a little wet/musty smelling but we didn't need that space for our purposes so not a big deal for us

Tranquil and very accommodating. The house is spacious with ample areas for relaxation and for enjoying each other’s company. Wonderful view of the lake and the private pier is an immediate draw. The screened in porch with swing was a personal favorite and was an invitation to relax with a good book—an invitation readily accepted! Very thankful for the access to a kayak and paddle board—such a bonus for our college bound kids. Absolutely loved and enjoyed staying at this house! Many thanks!

This rental was absolutely perfect. Everything you could think of that you may need for a lake weekend (or longer) trip they have! SUP board, kayak, tons of games, keurig, huge backyard for lawn games, and perfect swimming spot!! Beds were comfortable, and the house is decorated perfectly, very lake and rustic-themed! Will definitely be staying here again.

I believe we are the first people to rent this place. In spite of the rain that plagued our few days we were able to get out on the water one day. Lake Anna is great and the private dock was so convenient. The fire pit set up is nice and the views of the lake from the wall of windows in the living room is beautiful. The home is nice and clean and provided most of the amenities you would need. Make sure you bring garbage bags. There are none and that was a challenging situation when we figured that out. They have a great movie set up down stairs but not many seats if you have a big group. And bring your own DVDs or a fire stick for Netflix. King bed was pretty hard but the bed upstairs was wonderful according to my mom. Very hard to figure out how to find the house. You have to turn on the gravel road right after Tyler or you will
Miss it. No signage. Overall it was a great stay and a nice home.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Modern looking decor with well balanced lake decorations. Dock and house are in phenomenal shape. 10/10 will visit again!
