Had a great stay. Super easy process to check in. Had everything that I needed. Communication was perfect. Will absolutely stay there again.

I stayed for the week, for mostly work. What a great place, with lots of space. Very convenient location, and close to stores & restaurants.

Overall experience was very pleasant. The Host was responsive to my texts about check-in. The property was clean and well maintained. It is on a Main Street which meant easy of parking, but there was the occasional loud vehicle that sped loudly by (just an observation). The only true complaint we had was the internet speed isn’t strong enough to support the “provided” Netflix. We ended up just watching the few television channels and then phone surfing. Overall, it was a great visit and we would gladly stay again.

This was our second stay! It was just as good as the first...clean apartment, easy check-in and out, great location, comfortable bed and nice furnishings! We'll be back.

Pictures does not give this apartment justice, very comfy and cozy beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings…Restaurants and grocery literally three minutes away!

Place is great. Very clean yet homey and comfortable. We needed an air mattress and our host dropped it off after a late evening request. Very accommodating!

Overall, the place was great except it's on a very busy street and was quite noisy so this will keep us from staying there again.

Yelena's location is very convenient to great shopping and other West Hills/Woodland Hills facilities. The apartment was attractive, clean, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen could use a few more basics (e.g. a few sharp knives, can opener) but it has a full oven and very useable. We enjoyed our stay!

My mother and I stayed for 6 nights and 7 days and it was such an excellent stay in a beautiful and convenient location. We loved our home away from home. The host was very quick when responding. The apartment was clean, the living room was spacious and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and parking (right in front of the home) very convenient. Thank you, Yelena! We will certainly be booking with you again for our future stays.

I had a short visit and found the apartment to meet my needs. The location was convenient to stores. Parking on street was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the AC unit did an okay job of cooling down the bedroom at night. It was easy to get in touch with the owner when I needed to. The main reason I can't leave a higher review is because there are some much needed repairs with the blinds and window screens. There was a sign taped to the refrigerator saying not to touch the blinds because they don't work. Additionally, there was a large hole in the screen in the bedroom. The windows had been left open prior to my arrival. I spent a good part of my first evening trying to get a bat out of the apartment. I am sure it came in through the hole in the screen. With some repairs to the window screen and new blinds, this could be a nice place to stay.

Street parking only but was always easy and spaces open. Owner was quick to communicate. Perfect location for us as we were looking for housing for our twins who just enrolled at Pierce College.

Great stay in the LA/San Fernando valley area!
