Great room. Very nicely decorated.

Noisy environment being next to outdoor roof terrace for restaurant. Only single glazed windows. However ear plugs were provided.

Good location, ideal for walking around the City Centre. Cute little room with the essentials.

There could have been better instructions for those driving, for example the road of the property is a no access route please use this post code / road name for NCP parking.

nothing - it was perfect

two pleasant outlooks from either side of the room - one street, one garden. It was handy to be near the pub and food facilities and the mezannine garden was extremely useful. Host even left interesting reading material for guests.

locks were a little complicated

It was clean well facilitated great decor and very well thought out. The mattresses/beds were the best I’ve stayed it as of yet! My mum and aunts really enjoyed the rooms and they are not easy to please :)

The entrance was my only dissatisfaction having to drag luggage up the small narrow path. The restaurant down below are constantly blocking the stairs with there door wide open with no consideration for users of the rooms.

nice modern decorations and settings, nice and clean and very good shower, and host was very thorough with details and help.

Noise!! thin walls meant we could hear and feel vibrations for room next to ours after midnight - a lot of outside noise (no fault of the host), due to clubbers and general nuisance

THe metal stairs

Spacious and beautifully decorated, it felt like a real luxury home from home. The keyless entry and online check in were great and the location was perfect for exploring Colchester.

The exterior access stairs are narrow and very steep. The apartment got very warm, but thankfully a tower fan was provided.

Everything was great

If only 1 or 2 person use the apartment, its not the same like using it for 6-8 persons who use all the laundry and beds, kitchen etc so the price is much to high.
