Our fantastic beach vacation was an absolute delight from start to finish. The spacious and comfortable home provided the perfect retreat for our family. The children and grandchildren had an absolute blast, making wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. With the beach just a stone's throw away and easy access, we spent our days soaking up the sun and playing in the sand. The quiet and serene community, coupled with a refreshing pool, added a touch of relaxation and tranquility to our unforgettable getaway.

This is great for a large group as everyone has their own space. Perfect location for the beach (we rode bikes there a lot) and quick drive to boardwalk. I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle to the beach as it doesn’t start till 3pm and really not that convenient. Would stay there again!

Loved our stay at this house. Great location. Actually has an extra parking spot. No one had to share bathrooms. One of the best stays ever. Washer and dryer worked great, but there is an odor coming from them.

Love this townhouse!!! Has everything you need.. you will need to bring towels and sheet sets and a beach umbrella if you have one (they sell them on the beach for $16 for the day) Location is great!! You can walk to CVS, Tanger Outlet Malls, Outback and Iron Hill Brewery. In the development, there is a gate for a walking trail that you can take to The Point coffee house. The beach is a 5min. drive. You will have a wonderful stay here!!!

The layout was so desirable! Every couple was able to have their own floor for sleeping and bathing....then we all came together on level 2 for group meals, board games, tv & movies and just hanging out. Interior was nicely decorated and neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was off season for tourists. We were minutes away from beach, downtowns, restaurants, shopping ....everything! We would defintely stay again if events bring us all to the area again. The hosts provided all the information we needed and answered any questions.

The house was fantastic and the location was great. The house had everything you could possibly need and was incredibly clean and welcoming. Definitely would book again.

We were looking for multiple couples to have a place to stay for one night but wish we could have stayed longer as this house was so comfy and nice!

We had a wonderful experience, vacation and family wedding! The property was clean and well maintained with lots of extra amenities. There was plenty of room for all and it was lovely. The neighbors and other guests at the property were friendly and welcoming. We loved having the pool in addition to beach access and the location was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future! Our hosts were fabulous! Thank you!!

Outstanding property, great convenience.

Host was very responsive. House was clean, open layout on the living/dining room floor was great, and screened in porch was good! Beaches were a short drive in either direction (e.g. Lewes, Rehoboth). Deauville beach is about a 10 min bike ride. We rode to see the sun set. On the way, we stopped at a there's a cute playground. Not ideal distance for walking, especially with little kids and beach chairs. Lots of firework viewing opportunities. Great trip and would return.

This property was beautiful, roomie, and in a great location! Convenient to the outlets and beach. We had 9 adults and plenty of room. There was a minor issue with the combination at check in, but the owners resolved it right away. Would definitely book this property again.

The townhouse was perfectly laid out with ample room for everyone. The place was very clean and well stocked for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend and will love to experience during peak season as well!

What a great place to stay for our family. Lots of space, really clean and just lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts. Everything we could have wanted was there, with an easy process for check in, and check out, and plenty of information for what to do, where to eat etc. in the area. My only wish was that we'd booked for longer!

Loved the property and location! Very clean and modern. I prefer regular cable. And thought the kitchen could be better stocked with serving items, especially plastic platters and bowls that are good to take to the pool. Overall loved the place and would recommend!

House is lovely, bedrooms are large, living area very nice and open. Fully stocked kitchen, with soaps, cleaning supplies and paper products, and a nice bottle of wine. We enjoyed our stay. It seems I brought home a towel that should have been left at the house. I thought it was my daughter’s since linens and towels were not provided. I’d like to return it. What address should I send it to?

We had such a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth Beach! The location was perfect; it's close to the boardwalk/beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Our favorite feature of the house was the screened in porch with the ceiling fan! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The location of the place was absolutely perfect! The beach was just minutes away alongside of the small business shops and boardwalk. When in the feel of wanting to shop, the outlets were within walking distance. There were multiple fast food chains and other local restaurants that gave an overwhelming amount of options. The place itself was very clean and well put together. It was quite spacious for a large group of family and friends. Even the little pups had a blast, having a large area to explore. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Rehoboth Beach. There is plenty of space for a big group. The bedrooms are large and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We enjoyed the screened-in porch, balcony, and large kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The townhome complex is super clean and safe, has a nice pool and is convenient to a lot of restaurants, groceries and outlet malls. There's a CVS right next to the complex, and you have access to a bike/walking path that leads to the beach. It's an easy drive (around 1.5 mile) to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to park within a few blocks of the beach. Beach chairs were provided so we didn't have to bring our own. This townhome was the perfect home base for a great vacation. Highly recommend.

The property was in great shape with ample space to spread out. We went for a quick trip and it had everything we needed. Unfortunately, it was too cold for the pool but it was centrally located to go explore the beaches. Check-in was easy and the place was spotless.

Perfect location and perfect for all ages!

This property is a perfect getaway with a true feel at home away from home. It is in a wonderful community enclosed distance all of the great attractions of Rehobeth beach. The owners were delightful and incredible to work with. While we were down we purchased a new Beachhouse and we will refer friends stay here!

Our party consisted of 6 adults. The 3 bedrooms, all with king beds and their own bathrooms, were perfect. We also enjoyed the fireplace and the well stocked kitchen (we had everything we needed for making Thanksgiving dinner!)

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The screen porch was a bonus. Access to Downtown Rehoboth was easy. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Immaculate and nicely decorated, the (town)home had everything we needed. The kitchen is very modern and well stocked with equipment. We loved the living room with gas fireplace and screened-in deck. There is another deck on the third floor off one of the main bedrooms. While there were only four of us on this trip, you can easily bring larger groups. Three king beds, and our kids loved the upstairs space with desks and an Xbox. My wife and I actually worked the week we were there, conducting meetings, etc., and had plenty of space for that. Great Internet connectivity. Getting to the beach is a very short drive. You could walk, or easily bike of course (there is a bike path nearby). Restaurants and shopping a short walk away. The owners provide beach chairs and toys which is very thoughtful. Overall the property is great and we would definately stay there again.
