My wife and I found this place to stay and spend a few weeks enjoying north side of Tampa. Great location and neighborhood is very quiet.

Was super inviting and cozy. Very spacious with a nice pool and nicely decorated. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and relaxing. Didn't even want to leave the house or pool

Stayed this property it was easy check in And check out. We were here to look for our own home and to visit with some family. The home was clean the only complaint. I have is we didn’t use the grill like we wanted due to it being extremely greasy and forgotten about. Didn’t have stuff to clean it and didn’t want to chance a fire. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Its a 1980"s house, clean and close to stores and main roads. Its quiet and comfortable,we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice home. Excellent heated pool for a home. Large enough to swim a few strokes. Everything was as described; no "surprises." Caretaker Eric, was responsive to our one need and made himself readily available if we should have further need. Area has every type of restaurant and many activities (but no close beach). Weekie Wachee and Homosassa Springs highly recommended. Thanks to Bill and Sue and Eric for a nice ten day vacation home.

The communication between the owners and the property manager was excellent. Eric the property manager left the property clean and staged beautifully! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need as far as cookware, tableware and utensils plenty of towels it was everything we could’ve asked for. The pool was amazing! What a wonderful vacation rental home. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kids loved the pool, the furnishings were very functional and comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Also the location was very convenient. It’s a quick hop onto Mariner. Eric, the property manager was very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first day. Eric responded immediately and had the issue resolved. We would definitely rent this property again next time we are in Spring Hill.

Our stay at this property was great. Everything clean and ready and all type of utensils available. Pool was nice and clean. Supermarkets and most fast foods very close within walking distance. Communication with management was excellent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and look forward to staying again.

The first time renting a house and it was wonderful and comfortable had all the information inside the house with a brochure to help you go to all the water parks and beaches

The house was very clean inside, however, the entrance of the house needed a little TLC. Over all the was is great for my family. I will rent it again.

Lovely home. Issues with getting manager answer me. We stayed a month. Cleaning crew needs to be checked on. Owners very nice.

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for the price.

Spacious and clean 3 bedroom home with all the amenities needed. Nice outdoor space to be able to sit back and relax. However, Augustine is a busy street with frequent speeding traffic and road noise.

Great pool, nice neighborhood and centrally located

The home was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It is a delightful home and the property manager responded promptly each time I contacted him with a question. The previous renters had not been covering the pool at night so it was chilly when we arrived but we covered it and the next day it was very enjoyable. It was just the 2 of us but there is plenty of room for a family to stay and be comfortable. We hope we can stay again next time we vacation in the area.

This was a good property very spacious and accommodations were nice toiletries and each room had a theme. The only thing I wish worked was the jacuzzi tub. Other than that beautiful house.
