Amazing location. Beach right out your back door. Not too crowded and it was quiet.

This unit was VERY comfortable and roomy. The master bed was so comfortable as well as the couch which was perfect as we like to lounge after a day at the beach. We were very comfortable here! The view and location was perfection! If you are a middle class traveler you will be very happy here. The patio has ample seating and a table however I wish it had a outdoor lounger or zero gravity chair to relax on the patio. I might bring my own next time.

We had no internet access which was HUGE inconvenience! The network name provide to us wasn't listed. We called 3 or 4 times and at the end we had to use our neighbors network name, and password provided by Vacasa. Sometime we had access with it, sometimes we didn't. If you are desperate you could pay Cox StraightUp for hotspot access at an additional charge which I did on one day but I shouldn't have to do that. I work remote and would like to consider this property/unit for a future stay because we were so comfortable here however without Internet access this would definitely not work for me.

The location was wonderful. Right on the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping. The unit has a high ceiling which is nice. The showers were great and the beds comfortable. The new appliances are nice. Washer and dryer work well. Luggage carts were great and plentiful. The new floors are beautiful and provide a clean look and feel. The provided beach setups were wonderful and stress free and we were able to get on the front row without a hassle. This was the best part about staying here. Overall we really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

The pool is blah but clean. Mostly some cosmetic stuff needs updating but it was no big deal. Some of the decor like pictures and greenery were dirty and outdated and just need to be discarded. These days less is more. Also the pictures over the master bed were moving when people in adjacent units slammed the doors. We were afraid they would fall on our heads. The shoe mold needs to be installed and the place could use a fresh coat of paint and replace some rusty hardware. The internet was not working the first night but they came and fixed it the next morning and were very nice about it. Don’t even think about trying to sneak a cup of coffee from the coffee maker! It is slow and you just need to wait! The hallways are very skinny but you can get by. These are all minor things.

The living room TV stopped working and we couldn’t get it to turn back on.

the pictures of the facility aren’t representative. the furniture is too old and not clean. first time I see beds on the corridor. the bed sheet and bellow are having bad smells.

The location and the view were both beyond perfect! Loved that two chairs & an umbrella were included with our stay. The condo was cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The wifi was terrible, that's my only complaint. The bedroom could use room darkening blinds, or some curtains, but....that's really no big issue, just a suggestion.

I did not like anything about the entire Crystal Sands II 305A room.

The entire room was poorly kept up. It had mold in the restroom,sheet rock texture failing off from the restroom ceiling. Walls and stair rails were very filthy. Ac was not properly working, vent fans very dirty and covered in a thick layer of dust. The front door was busted around the door jam lock. We had several issues with this property. Vacsa’s had to relocate us to a different property. I would not recommend Crystal sands 305A to anyone.

The only thing I liked was the location.

The smell, it was horrible. The furniture was very outdated. Everything smelled and looked old.
