Extremely noisy i couldn't sleep properly my 2 nights there. It is located in a street where in the night is full of mini van. horrible towels, they don't have a proper parking, I couldn't recommend this place at all.

Receiption,stay and food.

Everything to me was excellent.

The staff relationship with Guest, always ready to assist whenever they ask for help.

The non availability of tooth brush and paste for guest.

Price was cheap

This is a 2 star hotel and the price was quite cheap so I can’t complain about it . You get what you pay. However , when choosing a hotel close to Nairobi city centre , I selected this one because it says it has a gym , it has even some pictures on its page. When I got there I was informed the gym was closed and I had to pay to use a gym in another hotel. If there isn’t a gym , that is totally fine , but just remove this information and the pictures from you page. I was only staying for one night and wanted a place where I could work out. If I knew there was no gym in this place , I would have chosen a more comfortable place in a less dodge area. Also , the name Sheratton is misleading as it might give people the impression it has any association with the big chain of hotels Sheraton which is not the case. This is not a hotel for tourists
