Fantastic property, enjoyed our stay. Very nice and quiet. Close to dog relief area on level one. Would love to visit again. Pantry very well stocked for any extras we may have needed like ziplocs, sugar, etc.

The property was nice. Our unit needed housekeeping attention which was attended to by the management office very quickly. The pool was very cold which was a disappointment.

Unit was very well accommodating for my family of 5 adults. This condo looks much better in person than the pictures and was well equipped with everything you need while you away from home. There are many activities you can choose to do at this resort and also you can choose just to relax and enjoy the amazing views. Cam was very helpful in answering a few questions I had and all the information sent to me was very useful. Thank you and hope to visit again soon!

Very nice clean condo. Good balcony view and quuck access to the pool and garage. Highly recommended and would reserve again.

Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. This bed was amazingly comfortable. Perfect for our getaway!!!

The PROS: Place was clean and had the conveniences of home like washer/dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Kind of disappointed the trees blocked open view of the lake. Loved the massive number of deer population. Tons of them just freely roaming the property, an actual island surrounded by lake. Off season stay made parking easy. Dated parts of the condo but otherwise very nice furniture and enjoyed 2 very nice leather sofas. Great air conditioning. The CONS: Both toilets had problems filling up and flushing. Remote controls for the TV/Roku/Cable boxes in each room were problematic at best. (probably dead batteries) Second bedroom mattress and box spring was completely broken-down. Not much in the way of great places to eat (especially not the "Lylene's by-the-lake" which is integrated into the complex). Probably suggest you avoid it completely. Service was good but everything else.... probably best not to say anything. The SUMMARY: All-in-All a great place to relax but lacks outstanding local food places. Bar-B-Que, Mexican food or even Burger Grilles. Have to drive into Austin proper for that.

I had emailed after we left. Here's the message I sent: Hello, We are now checked out. We just wanted to make you aware of the following issues. The master bathroom toilet is leaking from water tank. Not sure if it's a hose or not. The main bathroom faucet has a leak at the aerator and the hot water handle when turned on. The WiFi also stopped working Saturday night. Not sure why but we were unable to connect anything. Thank you! Bernard Slack

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is no view. It's all blocked by trees and other units. Sheets on one bed were dirty. Kitchen items not organized and dirty.
