The unusable pool was a big disappointment for our young boys.

We loved our trip to Marco Island! Gina made sure our stay at her home ran so smoothly. The property was a little slice of paradise - we loved enjoying an afternoon swim in the pool and sitting out by the water. It was also an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants - even with a toddler in tow! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in town - which we sure hope to be!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful house, and it won’t be our last! Everything about this house is delightful. The location is in walking distance to everything straight up to North collier Blvd- at the entrance to the public beach! Also many restaurants and shops at the Marco walk plaza. The house is spotless, with a big kitchen, and 2 1/2 baths, which is a big plus ! The pool is warm and overlooks the water. The owner , Gina is very easy to deal with, though we don’t usually have any problems. I highly recommend this house, just hope it doesn’t get too popular so it’s available when we stay again!

The house is an older home but very clean. It had everything we needed! Pool was supper clean! Location is great! Communication with Gina was awesome. She was quick to respond if we had any questions!

Heart of Marco Island, comfortable home!

The property is accurately described . I only had to contact Gina once. The grill needed repair. She responded immediately . A new grill was delivered ASAP. We had family and friends of all ages. It's walkable to the beach. The little kids lived in the pool. I like to fish and spent time fishing off the dock. The house worked out great for us.

Great location. Pool/patio area of house amazing. Really enjoyed relaxing there. Close walk to beach with wagon for carrying items. Nice beach towels. Beach chairs available too- a little old but useable. Beds comfortable. Would return to this house.

This house was amazing. It had plenty of space to hang out. A beautiful pool and or favorite going down to the dock and sitting watching the jelly fish and dolphins go by. The sitting are by the pool was very comfortable too. It is a quick walk to the beach , shops and stores .

Great accommodations

Plenty of room for our family plus grandparents. The house was clean and cutely decorated. Stocked with everything we needed plus a few unexpected treats like pool floats and champagne. The owners responded quickly to all my question while I was packing. A 5 star experience.

We had an amazing 10 nights at this property. The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The pool was spotless and a perfect temperature. We loved the location as it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants, shops, and my daughters’ favorite, mini golf and ice cream parlor. Gina was very communicative whenever we had any question arise, although there weren’t many as everything we needed to Know was outlined in her welcome booklet. We really appreciated the beach gear and pool toys as well as the use of their Netflix and Disney plus guest accounts. The house is very spacious with plenty of space for living and sleeping. The outside lanai and pool deck is huge and provided a lot of nice shade in the afternoon. We are already checking our calendars to see when we can return!

The Island Oasis is a great property. It has everything that we needed for the week to enjoy the beach and fun in the sun. Chairs, cooler, wagon you name it, they had it. Minutes to the beach and restaurants. Had a very nice welcome booklet about things to do in the area. The host didn’t miss a beat. What a wonderful place to stay

The hosts were superb!! They were responsive when anything came up and were so gracious and welcoming. The home is extremely well located and appointed with everything needed to make your stay comfortable. It was restorative!!

We had a wonderful stay on Marco Island! Location of the home was ideal. Layout was perfect for our family. Gina was wonderful to deal with! Prompt answers to every single text. We will be back in 2023🙂

My family and I had great time during our vacation in this property. The house was very clean and looked as described.

Upon arrival at Island Oasis we found a note from the host, some champagne and dog biscuits for our Shih zhu who made the 20 hour trip from Ohio with us. The house was immaculately clean and there was so much space. We were started with soap and lotion in the bathrooms, some dishwasher and laundry tabs, dish soap and a few roll toilet paper and paper towels. There were plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels. You do not need to bring your own. Outside was amazingly clean as well. The pool is well maintained and was wonderful. In the screened in porch area there is a table that seats six. Also, some wicker furniture that included two chairs and a love seat. This area also had shade and a fan for those hot days. Finally, there is a small bar area with two pub height chairs. At that area is a sliding window that you can pass food or drinks through. The dock has two chairs and a small table, just as pictured. Very peaceful at night. We brought bug spray and candles and were surprised we did not have any problems with mosquitoes. We rented two kayaks and two paddle boards and were able to launch them from the dock. Inside the kitchen is stocked with dishes, hand towels, crock pot etc, our group of five had all that we needed. Just need your groceries. The three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and bedding which we were grateful for after long days in the sun. The bathrooms are generous in size, updated and again, extremely clean. Again, plenty of towels. The washing machine is large, the dryer works very well. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We did not have a single restaurant we did not enjoy. Gina was an incredible host. Very responsive to questions and emails. We had an issue with the crock pot not working. One was delivered to the house within 24 hours via Amazon. Gina really cared about the guest experience. We came for the beach and never wanted to leave the house. The pool, the outside furniture, the comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Why would we leave? When we did go to the beach it was a straight shot 10 minute walk. A beach wagon is there to carry all your needs to the beach. We throughly enjoyed everything. Highly recommended.

Only a short walk or bike ride to the beautiful beach. The dock has plenty of room to moor a boat and is about 10 minutes from the inlet. Parking a boat or trailer over 20' can be a challenge as the house is off a main road. House is very clean with a nice patio area and pool. The owners are super friendly and accommodating! We truly enjoyed our time there. It felt like a home away from home.

Gina was incredibly helpful during our stay. They home was clean, the pool was a hit with our kids and the public beach access at the end of the street made beach days easy! Thanks for an awesome stay!

This property had a great location and the dock was perfect for our rented kayaks. Gina responded promptly to all our questions and made our stay simple and seamless.

Great location. It had everything our family of 6 needed to have a great Christmas and New Year. The home is stylishly furnished , equipped, and super clean. Gina was a great communicator. She shared all the needed information prior to our arrival and was quick to respond to inquiries during our stay. We can't wait for our next visit to Marco. The home is a short 10min walk to the public beach access and many restaurants. My only suggestion is that a fat tire beach trolley/wagon and a few more back pack beach chairs are needed for families.

Gina was amazing as a host. She promptly responded back for any questions I had. The house is located in a great location. It is only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We used the two adults and child bikes to ride around the neighborhood. After enjoying the pool we fished on the dock in the back of the house. We say dolphins in the water way every evening. We will use this house again for our future stay.

Enjoyed a wonderful 5 day visit in this beautiful home. Plenty of sunshine and enjoyed the pool daily. We also were graced with sightings of a dolphin who came up to the dock in the morning hours! Home and owner were absolutely wonderful- Gina responded quickly with any questions and even had a birthday card, cake and Wine waiting for us! Great host and we will be back!!!!!!

This property was very clean, spacious, and fit all the needs of my family. We had a great time and love this little get away during this pandemic.
