We stayed here with a party of seven family members, four adults and three kids/teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space, kids had their own rooms, we were able to separate and attend our various virtual meetings, and the common areas were great when we all spent time together. And the location is really central, just a few blocks from both the 101 and the 405, and close to plenty of restaurants and other retail. This house was also one of the best equipped properties we've ever rented. Lots and lots of kitchen utensils, three ovens, two garlic presses, nice wine glasses, etc. - plenty of basic and more specialized kitchen tools, which mostly made cooking easy. Also, the house came stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies, which was very convenient. We were surprised that a few small things were missing or weren't in better repair - several automated windowshades wouldn't go up or down, the kitchen had no baking sheets or roasting pans, the pool umbrella was broken, the bath towels were a little dingy, etc. Again, these were minor, and wouldn't stop me from renting the house in the future. It was just a bit of a bummer to pay what felt like top dollar and still have to supply our own baking sheets. The property manager is truly excellent, he was immediately responsive and helped us with both big and small issues during our stay. They were all resolved quickly and to our satisfaction, we really appreciated his help. And the owners were also very supportive and helpful when we had issues. Overall, we would rent this house again!

My family and I had a great time in this amazing home! The house is was very spacious inside and out, and had a lot of great amenities. We used this home to host my wife and I's very intimate wedding reception with our immediate family of 16. We truly enjoyed having everyone in one home for an entire weekend with plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and spa, and patio area for lounging. The backyard is pretty large and feels very private and secluded. Inside the house, the rooms provided plenty of privacy for all guest with their individual bathrooms, while the living room provided a large entertainment place for everyone to hang out! Great Home! More importantly, the owner and property manager were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. They were also very easy to reach incase we had any questions regarding the property. Overall, we had an amazing stay! Would recommend this property for anyone who wants the feeling of nice gate away vacation or "stay-cation"!

We rented this house for Labor Day Weekend and had a fantastic time! The property manager was extremely nice and helpful, and worked with us so that we could check-in early which was awesome. The house was very clean, has plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and huge common areas (especially the kitchen and living room) which are great for family gatherings. Same with the backyard - between the pool/jacuzzi, the BBQ, the basketball hoop and the outdoor seating area - there's a place for everyone to hang out and have fun! We had a great time and would definitely stay in any of this manager's properties!
