Couldn’t have asked for a better location to the Tulsa Expo Center

Very cozy home, very close proximity to expo. Has all amenities mentioned. I would have given 5 stars for everything however, I have a few recommendations. Get a real coffee maker to set it at forget it. Please have your cloth couch cleaned, it was terribly dirty, especially the throw pillows on it, seemed like someone has been living on it, I placed a blanket over it, it was bad. Other couch was clean. Air conditioning, it was hot when we were there, I would keep it set at around 72 but I realized every time we left for a few hours when we returned the owner had it back at 80, very uncomfortable and so we would start all over trying to get the temp down. Owner has remote access to thermostat. Other than those three things the house was ok.

The house description is very accurate. The home is just blocks, literally, from EXPO Center which was great for us as we were in town for Mecum Car Auction. The home is a nicely updated, 2 BR 1BA, older home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Only complaints were: no direct communication from owner, which was not really an issue as listing had complete instructions for check-in and check-out; no bath or shampoo products (did have hand soap) or extra paper towels. Had we known this we would have brought both from home and could have avoided a trip to the store. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in Tulsa.

Our daughter had a baby so we wanted a place to stay for 5 weeks where we would be nearby to help but not too much in the way! Jonathan’s home was the perfect place! The home is updated and had everything we needed and the yard was very well kept and our pug enjoyed being able to run around and play. Furthermore, it was easy to take him on a walk—safe streets and friendly neighbors. This neighborhood is close to Utica Square and you can easily walk to the Expo center. We felt right at home in Jonathan’s home. We watched TV each night on the comfortable couches and had everything we needed. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Stayed at this property for the PGA tournament held this year in Tulsa. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, was well maintained, and very clean. There were 4 adults (all men), which we made work. It would probable be best for a single family or a two couples, but we figured out how to make it work. It was close enough to everything we visited, which were within about a15 minute drive. Would look to stay again if needing a place in Tulsa.

Older beds and bedding not what we are accustomed to. Lovely kitchen and very quiet.

I’m not sure what is luxury about this home. I gave 3 stars because I could bring my dog, this home had a fenced yard and garage. 1. I didn’t receive access details prior to my arrival. I contacted the host about 30 minutes out about the access details, no response. I contacted host twice upon arrival and got no response. He finally called me and laughed about forgetting to send me the details. This is after a 9 hour drive to Tulsa. Wasn’t happy about that. 1. Dead roach on floor near kitchen table. 2. Dryer door would not close. I had to tape it shut for it to work. 3. The squeegee left in the shower broke after my first use. 4. A bottle of used Suave shampoo and bar soap was left in the shower. 5. Personal items left throughout home, family photos, clothes hanging in the closet and random junk in the garage. My car could barely fit. I came to Tulsa for my sisters passing and I couldn’t even go to this place to relax. Really disappointed.

Great location. Nice quiet friendly neighborhood!

Loved my home away from home! I was at a horse show at the Expo and it was nice just to be a few minutes away (especially when I forgot something and was back in a flash after retrieving the item). My Chihuahua and I felt very safe and the house had everything right at your fingertips. The updated kitchen and bathroom was a plus, having a TV in the bedroom helped me relax after a long day/night at the horse show. I will definitely will be booking again.

We were there for a long weekend and the house is very well stocked an nice and clean. Centrally located made it very easy to get around Tulsa.
