This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway! Very clean and excellent communication with the host!

Overall I can't say enough good things about our stay. Communication was over and above anything we've ever experienced. The host really was intent on being sure our time was the best it could be. HIGHLY recommend!

My boyfriend and I rented Eric’s condo at Bryce for a New Year’s ski weekend. We had an amazing time. Eric’s condo is spotless, well equipped down to the smallest detail, and is perfectly situated at the bottom of one of the ski trails at Bryce. I would highly recommend renting this place. Great experience all around and great communication from the host!

We enjoyed a long weekend stay. Excellent communication and the place was just what we hoped for. Warm and relaxing with all the extras to make the stay memorable. Nice area with some excellent local restaurants.

Easy check-in. Loved the fireplace. The divider between the bed and the living area is a nice option. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. New carpet. Owner was always available and helpful. USB port in both bedside tables.

We attended a family wedding in the area and are from across the country so thought it would be a convenient place to stay. It turned out to be a clean and cozy retreat in a lovely and vibrant ski and mountain bike resort! We recommend it. The owner is great to deal with.

This was our first visit to the Bryce Resort and surrounding area. The property was neat, clean and exceeded our expectations for this first-time stay. The owner stayed in touch with us from registration through our departure. His hospitality was exceptional and really contributed to the overall success of our stay. We will return!

The condo was IMMACULATE. All amenities provided. Very comfortable and quiet. There are lots of activity options at the resort. Many hiking trails within a short drive.

This property is excellent! It was exactly as advertised, if not better! Decor was comfortable and well appointed. Clean condo with a great view of the lift and lower trails. Well equipped for a complete stay of any length. Everything you might need, to even include some fishing rods. There was even a fresh toothbrush sealed in it original packaging, just in case you forgot yours! Communication with Eric was top notch. Response times were very quick! We will definitely stay again! This was a perfect stay for a couple and had plenty of space for us both. Our host was very reliable and easy to get in touch with but we thankfully didn't require any assistance while we were there because everything was so well set up for us! We loved it!

Eric was very professional and accommodating. You can tell that your experience is important to him from the start. He was in touch enough to be thorough and I felt that had I needed anything once I checked in he would be there to respond but frankly everything was well appointed and there was no reason to correspond...we just started having a nice weekend right away. We enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the resort's amenities and appointments.. Everything was clean and cozy in the condo. We enjoyed several stovetop meals. All of the pots, pans, utensils and cutlery that we needed were furnished. Firewood was supplied and we had a couple of nice fires while we were there, adding to our snowy getaway experience. We took advantage of the on-site restaurant/bar (get the pretzel) and the outside drink hut where there was a DJ and a band at different times. It was a short walk back to the condo and we are grateful because the busy weekend meant very limited parking. The proximity of the condo to the rest of the resort meant that within 100 yards, you could be in the middle of everything or in the middle of nothing at all...a very flexible place.

We spent a weekend here at this beautiful Bryce slope side condo. Everything we needed was provided in the condo and pictures in listing were very accurate. Owner Eric was very responsive when we couldn't turn on heat .. condo does have heat!!- it was just a user error 🤣 looking forward to staying again!

My husband and I had the best weekend at Casa Chang during a snowy January weekend. The condo is located steps from the slopes of Bryce Resort - we loved the ski-in ski-out aspect of this condo. Only a couple minute walk down to the base of the resort and restaurant. The condo itself is cozy yet spacious, very clean, and has everything you could need for your stay! The full kitchen was perfect and well stocked with pans / pots etc. The bed is large and comfortable. The stone fireplace made it all very cozy. there is a room separator if you'd like to separate spaces. Eric was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed promptly for our stay. We can't wait to return!

This was the perfect place for a little getaway. The condo has a big balcony that is right next to the ski slopes! It was fun watching all the skiers and snowboarders come down. We could walk to the snow tubing, restaurant and ticket sales. Would stay here again.

Located just 100 yards from the resort center, large studio, really clean. Eric is a good host who clearly cares about the property and his guests' experience.

This is a good sized efficiency with a king bed located next to the ski slope. Nice little veranda with a view of the slope. Very clean, everything worked well. Many of the appliances and fixtures are a bit dated otherwise this is a 5 star place.

Perfect spot in Bryce Resort with easy walking to the restaurant and short drive to a great market. The condo is perfectly sized for two and very comfortable. The highlight for us was the wood-burning fireplace which we used almost the whole time. The owner has not only thought of everything you will need, but its very communicative and helpful. Will be back for sure!

The condo was very neat and clean. We really enjoyed the fireplace. Eric left us plenty of wood and firestarter. The bed was big and comfortable Andre had a great hot, high pressure shower every morning . The ski resort has a nice bar/restaurant, my husband enjoyed a game of golf and the Mountain views were breathtaking. Eric was exceptional at communication and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for our needs at the end of a sight seeing day. Short walk to the restaurant for dinner and drinks in the evening. Owner made check in and check out super easy!
