everything was ok, despite having the power going down for some minutes during lunch time where we had to call property manager but it was fixed quickly

The property is beautiful and the views are spectacular. It is even better in person and incredibly clean. We loved the location, quiet but close to everything. We will definitely rent this property again!

This is the best VRBO property we have ever rented. The views from the property were out of this world. The privacy, accessibility and cleanliness were worthy of 6 stars! Everything looks brand new. The location is away from city traffic but just a short drive to everything. Mike’s communication was quick and clear. Best trip ever!!!

Mike and Barb were great, quickly accommodating a couple additional requests that we had. They also had useful hiking trail tips and were wiling to answer my questions regarding their flora and fauna. :)

Our stay was incredible. Mike was very responsive and assisted us with all of our needs! The place was so quiet and perfect for what we were looking for. The views were the best and it was so convenient to everything we wanted to explore and places we wanted to eat! I highly recommend Butterfly Burger, located in the village. It was our favorite meal and atmosphere by far! We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about this place. It was everything and more. The place is amazing! From the high ceilings and doors, beautiful appliances to even a heater to dry you off after your shower. Check in was super easy and very straight forward. The Oak Creek Gem was immaculate and as soon as you enter the room its Wow! The room has an amazing view that greets you from your beautiful balcony window when entering the room. I also loved how close we were to the walking and bike trails. We could just walk from Mikes place right to the trails. Way more relaxing then trying to find a parking spot at some of the trails. I also liked how we were away from the busy area but still so close to all the conveniences. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed everything is high end and immaculate. If you like peace and quiet and really want to take in the real Sedona this is the place to do it.

This was the perfect rental for my husband and I. We stayed 3 nights and mainly came to Sedona for the hiking… with a bit of exploring the town and restaurants too. I don’t think the view from the balcony could possibly be best. Morning coffee out there was simply amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (and I am picky). Everything felt brand new and very clean. We didn’t have any issues or reasons to contact the host but he was responsive during check in/out. I don’t have a single complaint and would happily stay there again.

This was a beautiful place to stay and experience Sedona for the first time. The views of the rocks were amazing, Stargazing on the balcony afforded wonderful views of shooting stars and passing satellites. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with every little thing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Brandnew, modern, super clean, tastefully furnished studio with a gorgeous view. Absolutely quiet surroundings, friendly helpful owners. So perfect. If I come back to Sedona, I will definitely book again.

This place deserves 6 stars. The place is better than the pictures. The view is a million dollar view! The deck is perfect for relaxing - peaceful, quiet and serene. Watch the hummingbirds! Bed is super comfortable. Owners were very accommodating. Loved the shower, felt like it was a massage every time. Plus the bathroom has a heater feature in it - fabulous. Washer and dryer were great to have and also owners gave us some delicious snacks which was a nice touch. Can’t recommend enough.

This VRBO is absolutely the Goldilocks place to stay for that “just right” atmosphere. The space if perfect for a party of two. Spotless clean. The neighborhood has such charm to it! Hard to label the best part of our stay because there are so many. But the view from the back patio overlooking the red rock formations were stunning. We found ourselves getting many to-go dinners to make it home for dinner on the back porch…A+ all around experience!

We came to Sedona to get married and luckily decided on this spot over all the others. The place is away from the town bustle so therefore quiet with beautiful views but still only minutes from stores and restaurants. Perfect place for a couple .

This could not have been a more perfect spot to set-up for a 5-day stay. Mike and Barbara are wonderful hosts; they have thought of anything and everything you might need - including great suggestions on where to go and what to do if you are visiting for the first time. Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, trails for hiking and biking are less than half a mile from the house; you also are provided a complimentary Red Rock parking pass should you want to venture further afoot (a major bonus vs. having to pay at the various trailhead parking lots). Oak Creek village itself is also easily within walking distance. Deck views of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and Rabbit Ears are amazing - both to wake up to AND to enjoy sunsets at night. Unit is spacious, perfectly accommodated and spotless - feels like a luxurious stay in a hotel bungalow. I prefer the quieter village of Oak Creek, but you are only a short drive to Sedona proper if you want to further your adventures in Red Rock country. Can't recommend this place enough - already thinking of when I can book my next visit!

We were extremely pleased with the accommodations and the views were awesome. The host was outstanding. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful beautiful place to stay.

The suite was super clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing time. It is not far from all the trails and excellent restaurants.

Nice location to avoid crowds. Incredible views from the deck and a comfy bed. Mike was great. Checked in a few times to see if I needed anything but otherwise left me to enjoy. Nice quiet neighborhood and clean place. I’ll be back!

We planned a trip to the Sedona area for my parents as a Christmas gift. I cam across this unit and it was absolutely perfect. Mike was extremely accommodating to my 80+ yo parents. Great location! They had a blast.

Sedona is a beautiful town and very convenient to other locations like Phoenix and the Grand Canyon. The apartment was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Great location in Sedona for hiking and restaurants. The communication was great and we had a lovely stay!

We enjoyed the apartments great location. The rental is close to beautiful hiking locations, has a great view, and the town has tasty restaurants. The rental had everything we needed to do some light cooking for breakfast, was very clean, and provided a park pass.

Our first time in Arizona and it could not have been any better. Beautiful place to stay with an amazing view. Hiking in every direction and within a few miles of the property. Drives to surrounding attractions were beautiful. We hope to return and highly recommend this property.

Mike was great to deal with. Did not meet him but met his wife. Their home is beautiful. Your space at the home is private from the residence. Parking was right next to entry. We were on the go from the place all thru the day and evening and felt like they were not bother to them. Everything is there that you could need. Comfortable bed and nice TV. I am a contractor and I tell you the constriction and detail amazing of the place. We would stay at Mikes place whenever in the area. It is great not being in the busy Sedona traffic but only 5 mins from Sedona. Our view from the room was amazing and it is really quiet there. Plenty of places to eat nearby that are good and not too busy. Thank you Jay Brooks

Host is awesome, space is perfectly laid out for comfort and is aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed having a large hall to the bathroom which gave us a place to tuck our stuff out of sight and great separation between the bathroom and the room. Also used and enjoyed having our own deck. View from room was why we chose it and it did not disappoint.

This place is exactly as advertised - perhaps better. I was concerned about having just the one room but it is spacious and very comfortable. The view is astonishing. It's quiet but truly minutes from good restaurants and fabulous hiking, yet feels far away from the touristy bustle of the town of Sedona. Excellent info provided by host.
