Perfect location, close to everything you could need. Our favorite vacation getaway.

Pros: great location, condo was clean and just as described on website. A walking path along the river is steps away. Neighbors are friendly, great view of the river. Kelly's restaurant is 2 doors down. Cons: No umbrella on the patio, the pullout and main floor beds were not comfortable and we could not get the microwave to work.

We enjoyed the location - beautiful views of Lake Pepin and just next door to a bar/restaurant with excellent food. That worked well for our teen who didn't like certain adult items. The condo was clean and nice with a good sized kitchen.

We always stay on this property during our annual river trip and it is always perfect!

Nice property on Lake Pepin with easy access to lake, restaurants and walking path. Very clean and comfortable and property manager very responsive.

We were very happy with our condo. Everything was like it was in the description. Loved sitting on the patio. Beds were comfortable. TVs were hard to operate but that’s not why we were there. Had a great time. Would stay there again.

Very nice property. Convenient to all the areas we wanted to drive to. We loved the kitchen and table. Made our breakfasts here and played games in the evening at the table. The Kelly’s Lakeshore Bar and Restaurant was also nice to have so close. We loved our stay. Photos are exactly like what you experience!

Beautiful location on Lake Pepin on the Mississippi River. Perfect spot to watch a sunrise. Unit 1 was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful floor plan and lovely kitchen. As others have mentioned, there is traffic noise, but this would not deter us from staying here again. This area along the Mississippi River has much to offer for scenic beauty.

Four of us stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding. Absolutely enjoyed our stay! What a beautiful place on the water!! Katie was so helpful and accommodating!! We would definitely come again!!

Our stay was perfect! Great open spaces with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, things were clean and organized well, and that view was everything!!

We arrived early and the host allowed us access to the condo. The views of the lake were beautiful. The place was perfect for our stay. Will definitely book a stay again.

It was a great experience. Easy ground level so my hadicapp relative could come and visit us. Beautiful overlook of Mississippi. Place was just like pictures. Clean and beautiful. Lots of road noise in unit one. Other than that we give it 5 stars

First time out to Lake City for us. We wanted to go hiking and explore and this was the perfect comfy landing pad in between! Space for the kids to spread out, very clean*

It was a treat to stay at this beautiful property, located just steps away from the water. A wonderful place to stay if you are a birder or evening stroller, as there is a great path right out your door that goes in either direction along the water. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, including comfy furniture.

We had a great time in Lake City. The condo is clean and updated, the beds were comfy, and the view from the living room and master room were breathtaking. Katie was quick to answer questions and we would love to stay here again!

Clean, lovely views and rooms as pictured however be prepared for the location right next to the highway. Would have really bothered us if had been warm enough to be on the porch where the traffic would have been both seen and heard. With the coolness of the weekend, we played some background music and could mostly pretend we were more secluded except for when the trucks downshifted at night. Kitchen needs were met for pots and pans etc. We brought all food supplies so were fine but some vrbo’s have some stock kinds of things that weren’t here. We enjoyed restaurant dinners at Fiesta Jalisco and Read’s Landing Brewery and made our breakfasts and lunches at the place. Hiked at Frontenac and Five Bluffs in WI (see alltrails). Really enjoyed hygge with the family with gorgeous views, fireplace and comfy room.

My daughter got married at the Round Barn Farm B & B. We rented this condo for part of the bridal party and it was absolutely perfect! Check in was super easy, the girls LOVED the location and said it was ‘absolutely amazing!’

A lovely, very clean townhome right on Lake Pepin. Perfect for a retreat and/or day-tripping in the area. Close to Wabasha, Red Wing, Frontenac State Park, and the Great River Road on both sides of the Mississippi. As others have mentioned, there is traffic noise from Hwy. 61. But the view from the deck makes up for that in many ways.

Disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed. This is suppose to be an amenity.

Second time back. Super clean, easy check in, excellent hospitality and relaxing property with easy access to everything. Views are stunning. Traffic can be noisy during day but you cannot beat the location regardless of hwy. Lake Pepin is always wonderful to view. Can hear and see waves from door. Super property manager. Met owner. All perfecto!!! Super grateful and plan to be back soon!

This is a great lake front property with fantastic views! We loved the ample space and patio. An extra perk was the few short steps to the paddle boat (Pearl of the Lake) that took us around Lake Pepin. Would definitely stay here again!
