What was there not to like! Amazing place, beautiful environment for relaxation. The massage was exeptional. Targetted to each individual, was able to offer outstanding result in the end. Definetly try the food there and of course the drinks at Ai Kisu restaurant! The rooms were spotless and the pool areas so well maintained!! In general an impecable facility to spend your days off.

Our Tea station and the surrounding areas, especially the class furniture was dity. There was also hair on the bathroom carpet. I wish they can improve on their cleaning.

The service at the resort is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly with a refreshing cooling towel and a welcome drink, setting a wonderful tone for our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and a dedicated staff member guided us through the resort, our accommodations, and the various facilities available. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly professional, ensuring that we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort's private beach offered a range of enjoyable water sports activities, adding an extra layer of fun to our experience. Our dining experiences were top-notch, with standout meals at Aikisu featuring delicious fusion cuisine. Additionally, the delectable Italian dinner and the breakfast at the main restaurant that left us satisfied and ready for the day ahead. The panoramic views of the beach from the infinity pool and the swings were truly breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop to our relaxation. Everything were amazing. I will start with the staff who all went above and beyond their way to make us feel special. Extremely polite, friendly, helpful and always with a smile! The location was amazing and the room was amazing, the hotel's restaurants were amazing. An all around exceptional hotel/resort!

The fact that the suite booked, was across the street at the front of the hotel, with no sea view at all. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Cet établissement est ouffissime , une fois dedans on ne veut plus en ressortir, tout est pensé pour y rester , je recommande vraiment

La plage, les piscines et l’emplacement de l’hôtel sont vraiment top.

J’ai payé 9k pour une résidence avec piscine du 20 au 29 février 2024 booking ne précise pas qu’il y a plusieurs type de villa et vous montre des photos des villa qui ne correspondent pas du tout. L’hôtel et loins d’avoir le service d’un 5 étoiles. En terme de restauration ne pas tenir compte du tarif de 25€ indiqués pour le petit déjeuner mais plutôt 58€ par personnes l’hôtel explique que c’est une erreur de booking ! En bref 9k plutard j’en ai pas pour mon argent. Très déçu.
