We had 3 generations of family spend the week together with plenty of space and activities for all. Youngest is 2, oldest 65. Well appointed house in an excellent location (close to all you need, truly!) with a perfect little walk in beach area and dock for a boat. The kids (8 + 9) really loved the kayaks and spent a lot of time paddling the cove. The babies (2 + 3 year olds) enjoyed playing on the beach area and looking for fish off the dock. Had one issue while staying - owner communicated very quickly and resolved promptly. Exactly what you’d want while on vacation. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend to others.

A gorgeous, very comfortable, well-appointed home in a beautiful setting on a protected cove off the main lake. Excellent luck on the weather plus a new pontoon boat rental made for a nearly perfect vacation!

We had a great visit! The backyard and entrance into the water was perfect for our littles to run in and play. The house was clean and beds were comfortable!

A beautiful large home on the lake. All the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of sleeping spots. The common rooms were very open with room for plenty of people to hang out and mingle. Had a great deck and patio overlooking the lake. There we plenty of plates, cups and bowls to feed a large group. Communications with the owner were great, with very quick responses. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

The house was fantastic, we had a few couples with a few children and everyone had their own space. Great layout and plenty of space to enjoy. The dock and outdoor spaces were very relaxing. Great time around the fire pit enjoying the sights. Kitchen was stocked well including serving platters for various meals. Enjoyed taking the kayaks and stand up paddle boards out. Pool table had plenty of room to play and loved the downstairs fridge/bar area.

The home had all of the amenities and the host was very responsive and helpful. We had our family reunion in the area and this was one of five properties. Everybody loved the homes and the lake!

What a great week we had in this beautiful house! We have been taking summer lake vacations for 10+ years. As the years have gone by, our needs have changed and it can be difficult to find a house that makes everyone happy. This house was perfect for our group that ranged in age from 17-85. The walk to the dock was short and flat which helped my 85 year old mom. The porch looking out over the lake was a favorite hangout spot for all of us. My almost grown sons (17, 20, 22) and their friends loved the downstairs "man cave" where they were able to stay up late gaming and movie watching without bothering the rest of us. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had its own TV which is nice for those that like to relax in bed and watch a show before turning in. The kitchen is well stocked and we found everything we needed for meal prep and cooking. Two kayaks and two paddleboards were provided that we took advantage of. The neighbors are all very friendly and inviting. The owners were quick to respond to questions we had before booking; and though they were available if we needed them during our stay, everything was so perfect we didn't have any reason to touch base with them during our week there except to send a text thanking them for a lovely and memorable vacation as we sadly locked the door behind us and pulled away. Thank you Doug and Beth. I think you'll be hearing from us again soon!!

So much space to really enjoy family and friends! Big kitchen, deck, patio and yard! Loved it all!

Everything was great!

The property was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing from the main room. The house was larger than we expected. The street was extremely quiet with minimal traffic. Having a crib in the upstairs BR was a huge plus for our 1-year old. The dock was great for our rental boat. Only minor issue was the outdoor furniture could have used a scrubbing. This place was exactly what we were looking for.

Our family celebrated an early Thanksgiving with 3 generations. There was ample room for all to gather comfortably in many different areas. There is both an outdoor wood burning fireplace and a propane fire pit. The teens gathered at one while the adults gathered around the other. Very quiet home as well. Even with a full house, it was easy to take a nap despite those cooking in the kitchen and teens playing pool. The teens particularly liked the multiple areas to ‘hang out’. I think their favorite spot may have been on the dock during the full moon and watching a beaver swim by! Doug and Beth answered our questions promptly and even delivered a full tank of propane as we were unloading the car. This was a thoughtful detail as we had mentioned using the fire pit. We would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent property and great location for access to Clemson. The house has superb outdoor space with a spectacular view.

My family and I have a lovely extended weekend in mid August. The house is comfortable, well-stocked and plenty roomy for the 8 adults and 2 children who stayed. We had one small problem w the ice-makers but the owners responded quickly, providing both a short term fix before getting repairmen out for the actual fix. We used the paddle boards and had a lot of fun. We didn’t bring a boat but we rented one for the day and the dock was easy to use and access. Great place!

It was our first trip to lake Keowee and it couldn’t have been better! The house was perfect for the 11 of us. We enjoyed every single minute. We were thrilled to have the two kayaks and paddle boards for the kids and enjoyed the dock, the deck and the patio every morning, afternoon and night. The house was very clean and well equipped for cooking for a group. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool table as well. We swam in the lake, rented a pontoon for a couple of days and went into town for bowling and dinner one night. Loved our time together with family and friends and will definitely Be back very soon!

We had a wonderful week of sun and relaxation at the lake! The quiet location of this cove and the gently sloped property were a real treat. The house was exactly as pictured and provided ample room for our group to spread out and be comfortable. Doug and Beth were terrific hosts. Doug and Beth were gracious hosts who always sought to make our stay better! This is best place to stay in Lake Keowee! The house is large and even better than the pictures. The Wifi covers every single square feet of the house and even extends outside. They keep the place tidy and have everything you need to have a great time. We would definitely stay here if we are ever back in Seneca! Neighbors are friendly, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Every room has a great view, especially the master bedroom. Doug and Beth also respond quickly and are always available to help. This house is perfect for anyone seeking a short-term getaway or long stay vacation! Thanks Doug and Beth for a great stay!

Our stay was an early Christmas with the grandparents that we had not been able to visit for some time. Bothe the indoor and outdoor spaces of the home had everything we needed. TV and audio where complete and easy to use. All house instructions were thorough and understandable. Proximity to hiking trails, shopping and Clemson University where great. Bedding and amenities all very nice. Highly recommend. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family Christmas gathering. The house is well appointed and decorated, very comfortable and spacious. The homeowners were very helpful in resolving any questions or issues. I appreciated that there was not an eighteen point checkout list of chores to do upon checkout! We enjoyed a lovely, easy Christmas vacation at the lake.

Enjoyed our long weekend stay for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for family fun. Loved the lake view and dock area. Home had everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving!

Stunning views of lake! Property owners were easy to reach and the house was very comfortable. We stayed in November and the firepit was wonderful to use each night. Quite and beautiful views of the stars.
