Condo was beautiful, comfortable and clean as well as the grounds. Loved the self check in and out.

We did run out of toilet paper and there weren't any extra kitchen trash bags and the office was closed so we bought our own, but to be fair I didn't contact any staff to advise. But I would have liked it if the backup items were readily available. We had 6 people for 5 days so we definitely needed extra.

they said there will be 3 beds including one sofa bed. but there is no sheet and extra quilt for that bed. and it is so dirty. before we leave this morning, the cleaners just came in at the earlier time than the required check out time.

the first night the mattress was flipped upside down ( springs up ) horrible night sleep ( pillow top down ) how they did this idk??? but Jamie came right out and fixed this and the tv that only had 3 channels.. elevators are kinda slow...

Stayed here for 4 nights and was extremely pleased. The condo was as advertised. Very clean, and it included just about everything you would need. I'd definitely rent here again. Don't change a thing!

Slightly pricey but so is everything in Key West.

Pretty small for how expensive it was

We had a wonderful time with 2 bedrooms for privacy The balcony with view of the planes landing. We didn't eat at the hotel. We tried different restaurants everyday. The 2 best were the Outback and Benihanas. We liked the kitchen loaded with utensils. Thank you it was a great experience.

there are no complaints. The complaints I do have is the quality of the food in the local restaurants. IHOP good service so so food. Went to a fish and chip place frozen fish and fries. Yuck. Disappointed I didn't prepare for the sun intensity.
