The house has a neat layout and offers many amenities. It would be a great vacation stay for a couple like us or a family with young children. We would stay here again.

Have been renting houses and condos for vacations for the past 20 years. This one really stands out as a beautiful property that is in an excellent location between the inlet beaches and the ocean beaches. We took daily walks around the point which average about 30 minutes total. Since it is on the point there is very little traffic on the street. The house comes completely stocked with almost everything the average family could need. Kitchen was well supplied, linens were provided, numerous beach items were available and an excellent gas grill really rounded it out. No negative surprises on this rental which is always nice. House was very clean.

We had a short but awesome stay in this beautiful natural location on Topsail island. The rental unit was wonderful and fully equipped with everything you need. There was also bikes, paddle boards, Cornhole, and many other games and activities to keep us occupied during our stay. The location within a short walk to the sound or the Ocean was ideal. The communication with the owners was excellent. All in all we had a wonderful time and hope to visit again.

What a fantastic property and a stress-free week!! The house was plush, comfortable, and supplied with all the extra touches to make it just as nice inside as on the beach. We really enjoyed watching all the birds from the patio while drinking coffee and it was nice to have bikes and chairs. We definitely want to re-visit and will recommend you to everyone we know. Thanks!!! Two bits of info for the owner - the master bedroom outlet behind the nightstand next to the window isn't working properly (light flashes like a disco) and it would be nice to have more forks since there was plenty of everything else.

Wonderful Beach Home. Well stocked and cozy with a great back deck, which allows you to enjoy the views of the ocean. Accommodations were excellent.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach home. The location was great! We especially enjoyed walking from the inlet to the beach while watching the sunset. We made wonderful memories on this trip as a family! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. Communication with the host was great! I would highly recommend booking this place and we hope to go back one day!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is close by and within walking distance of the beach and sound. Back sliding door needed adjusting as it was jammed when we first arrived but owners called in locksmith. Few other things but overall nice stay.

The property is in a perfect location to enjoy a quiet stay on the island. It was fully stocked and clean. The owner was responsive. We really enjoyed the bikes and other items available. We would love to return!

We have stayed at different Serenity Point homes over the past decade. This lovely one, S.S.Serenity is superior. The easiest check in and check out! This is a rental that really feels like a home.The owners even share all their beach toys, including bicycles and paddle boards. They are easy to contact and great hosts. Look no further, you will not be disappointed if you stay here. Serenity Point is a lovely neighborhood with a gorgeous location. We love it here.

We loved our stay and the accommodations

This is our second stay and we are ready for year 3!!! This place is so peaceful and homey. We can not wait to go back. The hosts are great to work with and helpful.

This place was everything it states and more! It was clean, and stocked with supplies. The owners were awesome. If we had a quick question about produce or eating out etc they were quick to respond. It was located in between the sound and beach, my kids enjoyed both! We will for sure be back!!!

Absolutely the best vacation we have ever had! We've been coming to Topsail Island for almost 10 years now, and this is by far the best vacation home we have stayed at so far! We loved the location and the quiet serenity of the neighborhood. It's hard to beat the water trifecta of the ocean, the intercoastal waterway, and a private community pool. Being on the quiet end of the island made for such a relaxing stay. Sitting on the deck watching the dunes and listening to the birds was a great start and end to each day. The house was even better than described. The amount of amenities provided exceeds expectations and makes the house feel like a home. There is very little you need to pack to stay here- bring your personal items and you are set! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with everyone!

Our family stayed at this property as a celebration of my completion of my MBA. It was a chance to celebrate and enjoy five days without a schedule. It was a perfect location, great place, and exactly what one would want to enjoy a beach getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Finding this rental listing was easy and convenient! One of very few that did not require a full week’s rental but rather available for a long weekend which is exactly what we needed! The description was spot on accurate! The amenities presented and available were more than generous and met every need we could have possibly needed! The owner was fabulous and available via messaging 24/7. I’d recommend this property 100%

We wanted to see our favorite part of the entire island of Topsail. Dreaded.possibilities of change to the birding dune peaceful views of sunrise and sunset are in the proposal.stages and we wanted to be there to enjoy before it happened and help fight against it. This duplex has all the beach toys an adult could want to hope for in addition to a fully decked out interior with the best views of the bird sanctuary Point. Don't bring anything except your clothes and some respect for the natural beauty of island life.

We had a wonderful time in Topsail! The house was gorgeous, the neighbors were courteous and overall very quiet, intimate place. We definitely want to come back :)

Very tasteful furnishings in a well-maintained home and wonderful setting, together made for a delightful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Topsail and hope to return in the future.

February visit just nice and quiet

This home is beautifully decorated. The location is about as far as you can get from services, but that means it is in a very quiet area. We had one issue during our stay, which the owners handled professionally and to our satisfaction. We'll definitely stay here again if we want to stay on the south end of the island.

This beach location had it all. A few minutes walk to the beach on one side then a few minutes walk to the inland waterway on the other side. Complete with paddle boards, boogie boards and beach chairs with umbrellas. It even had a beach wagon suitable for hauling gear out to the beach. The sand was soft with lots of shells and a very flat beach, I couldn’t ask for more and it was the perfect place to take my 16-year-old daughter for her birthday! I highly recommend walking around the southern undeveloped peninsula as well.

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would give 5 stars across the board except I’ve tried unsuccessfully to connect with the owners regarding a shutter that he claims was broken by me. I explained that the shutter was broken when we got there. Waiting on resolution and return of my deposit. Sent several text messages with no reply.

What a lovely place to stay. Ken and Joe really know how to use the space in this home wisely. There’s room for everyone, everywhere. The location is divine for nature lovers and beach goers. Peaceful, beautiful and comfortable… do you need anything else? We cooked all our own meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The generous amount of towels left for guests was very helpful to us. I highly recommend this property.
