Lovely cottage, everything you need to make yourself at home.

I liked everything

The cottage had everything we needed and more. Lovely kitchen (well equipped) with open dining area and cosy living room. Great location on a quiet road, in walking distance to shops/pubs/restaurants and train station. Would have sat out in the courtyard had the weather been a little better. Good communication with Tracey (the host) and easy access using lock box.

The very warm reception. Everything in the house is planned to perfection for a comfortable, if not luxurious, stay.

Bedroom 2 is too small for the nice bed

Maybe newer shower in bathroom but it was fine

The two bedroom house was a excellent property differently would book it again very clean queit place and very comfortable and Tracey was brilliant.

Location great except for the lack of parking ( on road) narrow street with nose to tail parking either side of road however this did not detract from the lovely property.

Main bedroom thick with dust and kitchen huge dusty cobwebs.

The location was excellent; very close to the town and essential shops. Parking was on-street, but we never encountered a problem parking during the 5 days we were there. Also, within a short walking distance of the railway station if you are travelling that way. The furniture and decor were exceptional; it was as though we were walking into the owner's own home. There was a small garden, which, I'm sure, would have been pleasant to sit in during the Summer.

Cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Nicely decorated & furnished house, where everything a guest might need had been thought of. Very comfy beds, nice modern bathroom with good shower. Quiet street, but easy walk into town. Very friendly & attentive hosts. Lots of thoughtful little touches. On street parking, but no problem finding space.

Cozy Nook was a perfect place to stay. Would highly recommend this property. Within easy walking distance of Oakham and easy access to Rutland Water and other places of interest.

The cottage was beautifully furnished and clean, there was complimentary chocolates on arrival and wine. The host was extremely friendly and helpful with every enquiry we had. We definitely stay again and recommend to others.

A very responsive host provides so many extras to make you feel comfortable and at home.

Lovely terraced house in a quiet street. The owner had thought of everything, including biscuits and breakfast cereals.

The property was exactly what we needed. Very clean, tidy & comfortable.

Attention to detail excellent. Equipped better than most rental properties.Lovely modern kitchen and downstairs toilet a bonus.

The only fault was street parking a little difficult at times.
