This property was wonderful! The location was great as there is a creek just a short walk away. We could hear the water over the rocks from the patio. It was beautifully appointed and very clean. We had everything we needed. We were only a short drive from town and the grocery store. If we needed something, the staff on site was immediately responsive. We loved every minute of our stay, had plenty to do and slept well. Our family of 4 kids and 4 adults could not have asked for more. Thank you so much Cody! We love your state and your town!

We have rented this condo for the past 4 years and absolutely love it. First class accommodations, well -stocked kitchen and beautiful setting. We go as a family every year (15 of us) and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

This property has everything that a family could possibly need and want. Lots of room, an elevator, daily cleaning crew, and fantastic location.

We have been to SV many times and stayed at a variety of locations. This is as close to ski in and ski out as you can get-a tremendous convenience. The trip to anything you would need in Ketchum is very quick. The home is exactly as portrayed on the VRBO site. It was spotless, well maintained, and well stocked with that which you might need. The daily cleaning service was very helpful. Perfect place for a family vacation. My highest recommendation!

Excellent place for a group of five older men who love Sun Valley and don't want to walk far to the ski lift.

The house was perfect for our week of skiing. For a mountain with very limited base lodging, the ski in/out access can’t be beat. The common spaces and open kitchen were ideal for our large group.

Beautiful home, clean, modern and great view. Super convenient to Warm Springs lift. Daily housekeeping was nice. Concierge was AWOL a few days but otherwise seemed available.

Our stay included three families with children and grandchildren. This home is exactly as advertised, is extremely clean and well maintained. Property managers are on premises and were very helpful with ideas for hiking and other questions. The beds were very comfortable and rooms are large in size. The outdoor deck is what sold us on the property before booking, and it truly is exceptional. We ate outside every night and enjoyed coffee there in the mornings. The kitchen/dining/living area is very open and roomy. Lots of space for everyone to hang out. Kitchen is really well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and we cooked several meals here. The daily housekeeping was nice. The pool is really nice and wasn't crowded at all. The kids swam nearly every day, and it is such a short walk - very convenient. We would definitely stay here again, and we hope to do so.

Great we’ll equipped house in a location for lots of activities and close to shopping for all we needed. We had a great time and managers were excellent.

Grandparents, children and grandchildren all had a great time. Lots of space and great WiFi. A well appointed kitchen and the deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view. Lots to do in the area, gondola ride, hikes, golf, horseback and bicycle riding. And a pool and hot tub on the property. Convenient bus into Ketchum if needed. Ketchum has fun stores, including a great book store, lots of restaurants and delicious ice cream!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. And both years it has been wonderful. Everyone has room to join the others or wander off on their own. The location is wonderful. The cleaning people come in daily. We have used the BBQ on the exceptional patio both years. It’s nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. It truly is a slice of heaven on earth

This is an amazing property and very much as described. The location is perfect and the outdoor terrace is a real highlight if this property. We had three families comfortably housed here fir the week

Very special spot

Second time at this property with our group. Super convenient and a tremendously good house for cooking, entertaining, and hanging out. Concierge was responsive. We stayed in more nights than typical due to COVID and built a fire almost every evening - $30 for additional wood at the convenience store solved the problem when we ran out, but surprised it was such a debate with concierge when we requested more. But minor frustration. Otherwise we couldn't have been happier.

"City dwelling" feeling with great view of the Warm Springs slopes, spacious, comfortable, and convenient.

Accommodations for our stay were fantastic. Spacious, clean and great WiFi for ZoomSchool and ZoomWork. The property manager was so helpful.

Clean and comfortable home with big spaces that worked well for our large family and guests. Location is a bit of a long walk into town but everything is close by bike or car. Wonderfully quiet at night.

The house was beautiful. The location was great. Several in our group drove over to Penny Lake and fished. There were some stairs, but it also had an elevator. I would definitely stay again

We had 3 families visiting for the week. It was close to Ketchum and right on the bus line as well. Unit was exactly what we needed for a fun filled and relaxing weekend. We hope to return next year.

Greatest ski in ski out place in Warm Springs - very nice place with everything you need. Hot tub was small and not hot enough however.

I can't rave about this house enough and whatever review I give it won't do the place justice. Everything about it was top notch, from the kitchen and the appliances, the large bedrooms, and comfortable beds, to the amazing views from the large spectacular living room. And you are at most a 3-minute walk to the Warm Springs lodge and lifts. Also, the daily maid service and attentive, on-site management company were the best. My friends an I have been renting luxury ski in-ski out homes at various resorts in the Rockies for the last 15 year, and no other home has come close to this.

We had four adults and six kids ages 9 to 17, and this place was fantastic. A beautiful, family-friendly house with daily house cleaning, a great kitchen for cooking, an amazing fireplace, and plenty of space for everyone!
