The condo has a great location, was very clean, and had everything we needed. The host had to be contacted about a question, and there was a prompt reply. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a very nice sunny end unit with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo overlooks the lush property and pool area. It is always spotlessly clean! It's our beach go to home away from home! The owner is delightful to work with.

Loved the location and the screened in porch. Beds and bedding in twin room could use updating. Stocked well and owner went above and beyond-would definitely stay here again!!

Tina is an amzing host. I fell in love with her place. It was cozy, charming, relaxing and most of it i was able to reconnect with myself and my spouse. If i go back next year i would not want to stay any other place than her's

We had an excellent time in Marco Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was so clean, comfortable, quiet and so accommodating. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island. It was an easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile) and we were grateful for the beach towels, chairs and wagon. The pool was perfect for our evening hangout. The kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t run into any problems or felt we were lacking anything. We even had access to streaming channels for the one night we stayed in. Bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay and hope to come back again next year!

We have been to Marco multiple times and this spot has been the best so far. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy, the shed has everything you need for the beach. The place was the perfect size for us, super clean and great location. I highly suggest this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing spot. House e manager/owner was super accessible.

This is a perfect condo for a couple, family or a few friends. Close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Clean and quiet. Really a lovely property. The owner was very informative and quick to respond to any questions. We loved it!

The owners were on top of communicating. I was able to text her and get a response right away. Marco Island South beach literally is across the street. Easy access. Owners had everything on site for the beach. We will DIFFERENTLY be staying there again. I promise you cant go wrong with this site. If you never been to Marco Island. This is a great condo to start with.

We really enjoyed our time on Marco, and this place added to the enjoyment. There are views to the east, north and west, so we got to see great morning sunrises! The sunsets would have been behind one of the towers (late August), so we walked the 4-5 minutes to the beach to view them instead. During other times of the year, you can probably see the sunsets from the balcony. We were fortunate to see great sunsets three nights in a row - pretty rare for this time of year. There is one parking spot with a shelter that also has the storage for the beach items. We made great use of the wagon, beach chairs, and beach umbrella - what a great addition to the property! The pool was good for swimming quick laps (4-6 feet deep) and the tennis court has both tennis and pickle ball markings. We played pickle ball in the morning before the temperature got too high. Several times we walked north to the shopping mall and restaurants that are on Winterberry. There is also public beach access at that intersection, but it is a farther walk than it is to South Beach. From the moment I paid my deposit for our vacation back in March, I was looking forward to this trip. This trip was much needed and will give me time with my sons to reset before our busy schedules take over again. Our trip was just pure paradise. The property and Christina were amazing. The condo was true to its advertisement. It was clean and beautifully decorated. If you want your little slice of heaven, book this condo. You won't regret it.

This was the first time I’ve decided to go to Marco Island and when finding this place, I wasn’t 100% sure but it was everything I wanted and more and I will 100% booked this place every single time I come back.

Literally everything you need!!! They left a few leftovers from other guests in a classy way so if you run out of stuff you have it! And we just passed it on :). Very clean. Wagon and beach toys to play with! Didn’t use the beautiful lanai much because it was June and very hot! Air worked amazing. Great views of the ocean. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach due to all the private beaches but still not more than 5 minutes. Would totally stay here again if we make it back!!!

Really close to a marvelous sand beach and great restaurants. The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable and has washer, dryer, nice kitchen and seating and dining areas and easy parking. It also has a nice view of the ocean. Owner is very responsive. Altogether a sweet stay!

Very well kept building, pool, and grounds - and a spotless condo! We are pretty fussy and wondered if all of the 5 star reviews could possibly be true. Definitely! This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in - and very comfortable and welcoming. Very comfortable bed! Also, well stocked and had everything one could need. We loved the corner unit - very bright and open feeling. And, since the condo is on the 4th floor, the beach view is fabulous! We loved seeing the sailboats and motorboats go by. Also very easy and close beach access. A very short walk to the south beach entrance. Christina has been delightful to work with. We have already booked our next visit!

Beautiful condo. Awesome location within walking distance to public beach access. Also several restaurants close enough to walk to. The condo has all the extras for a day at the beach: beach towels for all, numerous beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards, football, two coolers and beach wagon to help cart all these extras to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a lot of basic needs like spices, sugar, coffee. Not sure if these are always available or left over from past tenants but a plus none the less. Enjoyed every minute and will do our best to visit again.

Second year that we have stayed here and are already looking forward to coming back! Christina is a wonderful host, very helpful and accommodating! The place is bright and cheerful, in a great location; very easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Very convenient to many fine restaurants and attractions. The condo is a beautiful end unit in a very well maintained complex. It has a very well stocked kitchen as well as everything you need for the beach. A true little piece of paradise!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything that we needed was supplied with the condo just as advertised. The walk to the beach was short and we used the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the condo. The kids had fun in the heated pool each day. We enjoyed sitting out on he screened in porch each evening. The corner location provides great views in three directions including the Gulf between the buildings across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! So clean and beautiful decor. This condo has everything you could possibly need to enjoy the day at the beach which was a short walk ! The communication between me and the owner was easy and we enjoyed this vacation and can’t wait to go back ! It was our first time visiting this area but it won’t be out last 😄
