We stayed at 3 different places over 2 weeks in the keys and this place was the BEST by far. Great accommodations in a great neighborhood. And the location to many of our interests in the upper keys was perfect. We appreciated the quiet A/C, warm pool and comfortable bed.

Tiny Home was awesome, Mobile Home Lot setup was just great. RV park was setup very nice and pool was awesome.

Enjoyed our stay. Great to have outdoor seating to enjoy the lovely weather. Needed more toilet paper for a 5 night stay. And would like a kitchen towel to help with clean up in the kitchen. Otherwise was perfect

The house was very nice! Well stocked with everything we could’ve needed. We’re not campers, just used it for home base to explore the keys, but if you are a camper this campground was pretty nice too!

Very clean tiny house!!! On the minus side the campgrounds is very packed together as far as the units go. The TV in the outdoor pavilion did not work, and the bugs out there chase you away anyway. Great home base to explore the keys, and you can have rental kayaks delivered to your door and real close access to the water from the house.

Very clean modern little house! Perfect size and had all the comfort amenities. Nice quiet campground with a great pool and easy water access for kayaking. Will definitely be back!

The tiny home was as advertised. Very clean and cute. All the necessary amenities were there and anytime I needed to chat with the owner, he was super responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and cozy. It was way better than staying in a hotel and the property was very well kept. The house had everything you need with 2 nice outside areas with one having an outdoors TV. Enjoyed our stay every much.

The home was clean, new and charming. Great outdoor entertaining spaces and a friendly coastal feel on the inside. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. The Kamp Ground had awesome amenities and friendly staff. We loved our stay and hated to leave.

JC and Sarah were stellar hosts! Not only was there property beautiful and charming, but they provided detailed recommendations for both Key Largo, and Miami! The outdoor living spaces were a definite plus in this tiny home. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

I feel that rental houses deserve cute names so I’m calling this one Blue Heaven! It is adorably decorated, cleaned by an obvious perfectionist and every amenity we needed was present. The campground itself is very well-maintained, courteous staff and has more Florida-quirky charm than you can shake a stick at! Some of our highlights were just simple walks around the campground looking at the cute houses and campers and talking to other guests and residents. (Misty the cat was my buddy each day as I leisurely enjoyed my coffee on the patio!) The bikes and kayak were appreciated tremendously! And the heated pool was an absolute delight. The beaches were not exactly as fabulous as we had hoped but that is no reflection on the enjoyment we had during our week at the spectacular Blue Heaven! Thank you for everything JC and Sarah!

Wonderful experience! JC handled (my many) questions with grace. This adorable setting was moments away from the main strip, yet provided a quiet atmosphere my husband, son, and I really needed! Very enjoyable stay at this tiny house. Ideal location in the Keys - an hour south of Miami, an hour and a half or so north of Key West. Home was well-appointed, surprisingly spacious “feel.” Loft area would be perfect for kids. Full kitchen, of course, and we made good use of the available Keurig. No complaints at all about this cozy getaway. Campground’s pool was well-maintained and clean, with a spacious deck area. JC was an accessible and conscientious host - we discovered a problem with the AC on arrival, and there was a technician there to address the issue the next day. Very nice outdoor area for lounging - with a surprising sense of privacy despite being in an RV/campground environment. Publix supermarket in walking distance. Controlled entry to campground via keycard. Plenty of restaurants - almost all with outside areas - within ten minutes of site. Great two-week February escape for us frigid Pennsylvanians!

We had a wonderful time in Key Largo at our vacation rental - nice area while being close to everything. Pool was nice & all the people around were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for nice peaceful & relaxing getaway!

Second stay here. Everything was as perfect and lovely as the last time! Owe communication is fantastic.... did not want to leave and can't wait to go back!

Great little place. Wonderfull home as advertised. Great amenities in community. Boat launch and slip where an extra fee. But this is par for the course in an area like this. Boating out from the campground was a little tight in spots. But was also very interesting going thru a twisting mangrove creek. We really enjoyed the tinny house and the area surrounding it. We will ne coming back in the future if available.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days. Great location, everyone was very friendly. We rented kayaks and they were dropped off and picked up at the beach, which was only a short walk. Pool was warm and clean. Property was clean, and well cared for. Owners were easy to contact and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again
