Easy access to downtown yet quiet neighborhood. Water pressure was literally the only thing we could find that wasn’t perfect.

This property was just perfect for me and my husband enjoyed having a bathroom to Ourselves.. It's amazing view of Lake Hamilton.Condo was extremely clean.Would Recommend this to condo to anyone going to Hot Springs. We will definitely Stay here again next racing season.

Nice clean property. Good location. Had everything we needed during the stay.

Great place to stay. The owner provided everything, we just had to bring our clothes. The weather was very cold and snowed. The owner proactively checked to make sure everything was OK and he salted the sidewalk.
Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was perfect!! It was within a 10 minute drive downtown, cozy, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated. Brian was very responsive and easy to work with. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Property was very clean, check in was easy. It is directly on the lake with a back porch facing the lake. Brian went above and beyond to help us and make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property is exactly what I was looking for. I only wish I had found it sooner. Small, quiet, cozy. I would’ve stayed longer if it hadn’t already been reserved right after me. Brian was very responsive. Will return in the future.

Very nice place. Quiet and relaxing, which is just what we wanted. Bed was super comfy. Loved sitting on the small deck at night and early mornings. Will definitely recommend this place and will return if we ever go back to hot springs

Everything was wonderful and so nice. I love the way you all provide so many amenities. Your service in preparing the stay and getting the info to us is great. I did notice some wood on the balcony that needs replacing but it looks like you all are in the process of doing that. You probably got hit by the same big storms that we did.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was perfect - just the right size for us including our fur baby. Very enjoyable sitting on the balcony in the mornings and late afternoons. The driveway into the complex is a little intimidating but you get used to it. We didn't cook but the kitchen was accommodating if you wanted to. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I’m embarrassed to say that this place far exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect—step out the back door, and you’re on the water! It was also fairly close to the historic part of Hot Springs as well, which is something that I wanted. Very nice, clean place. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The condo was comfortable and the view from back porch and windows was lovely. The location was great as far as access to wherever we wanted to go. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The furniture was a bit shabby and there was no dresser to put clothes. There was a lot of dust on fan blades, blinds, baseboard, air vents and the porch was filled with cobwebs. We did have an enjoyable stay despite the dust and would recommend this property. We happily celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here so it will always be a happy memory.

It was perfect for the two of us. The condo was clean, well supplied and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the patio overlooking the lake in the morning to have your cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

We were here for 2 nights to attend my nephew’s wedding. Absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Super nice place!

The condo was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Everything was very clean, quiet, and it smelled fresh as we walked in the door. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings and evenings. Just a heads up - the driveway coming in off the main road is a bit steep.

We had a wonderful stay, we didn’t do much at the Condo, we did not take a boat, but spent time Old Downtown, and park and seeing the scenery!
We did encounter Ants, mostly in kitchen and eating areas.
I have Asthma, so I could not use any spray ,
