The house was exactly as described and a perfect location to our family in Belmont and Cramerton. We had a good time on the kayaks and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around.

Excellent stay at a beautiful location - owners were so wonderful and even sent over fresh warm cookies when we temporarily lost power due to unforeseen weather - Great stay!

My daughter was getting married at Loray Mills and her bridal party stayed at this property. The house was nothing short of amazing. It was even better than the pics. Everyone was comfortable, perfect lighting for hair/makeup. I would recommend for any event. You will not be disappointed!!

Very nice, roomy and clean place to vacation with family. Nice level yard. Excellent view of the lake. Attended a wedding at a near-by lake house. Will definitely keep this home at the top of the list. Management (Kelly) was very helpful with all my questions.

Nice house. We’ll appointed. Right on the lake. 3 bedrooms and a couple of daybeds. A bit away from amenities but not excessive. Kayaks and fire pit were utilized. Presidents Cup trip. 30 min from Charlotte. 10 to Belmont. Worth checking out.

9 ladies spent 3 nights in this beautiful home....we felt welcomed and loved....everything was in working condition and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had a large group ranging in age from 5-61 staying in this home and it met all our needs! The views of the lake were stunning! We enjoyed the quick access to the lake for swimming and kayaking! Other than one small issue that was quickly remedied by the owners our stay was very relaxing! We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Beautiful home with all the thoughtful amenities to ensure a wonderful stay. The cove is quiet, filled with wildlife, surrounded by nice homes with view of lake too. Activities: kayaks, swimming, corn hole, ping pong, gas grill, fire pit, board games (brought fishing & floats with us) etc. Furniture is upscale including the mattresses & sheets. Extra fridge is great for drinks & snacks. Close to Belmont (dined at Nellie's & The String Bean..carry out at Ray Nathan's & Byrum's..shopped at Catawba Antique Mall..toured Muddy River Distillery). Also close to Charlotte for food & shopping - Southend has everything and South Park mall is huge. Kelly, the owner, is quick to reply and honestly wants visitors to have a good vacation . We stayed in this beautiful home the 1st week in May, it was a pleasure from beginning to end. The home was so fresh and clean, lots of light and beautiful views. The home was truly spotless from top to bottom, the beds were very comfortable and I am personally a "sheet snob" but my bedding was Oh-So-Soft and comfy! The kitchen was nicely stocked and the dining area was open and large, not to mention the extra seating at the bar/counter. We so enjoyed the tranquil water views and all of the local birds, ducks and geese traversing the yard. I took a long walk around the neighborhood and it was truly a lovely setting. You cannot go wrong with this home and location. Any questions we had were responded too immediately and that was a nice bonus! Great job to these owners, they know how to do it RIGHT!
