Home and property was very clean and spacious. Pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all. No problem with communications with the Host. Really liked having a mini dumpster for trash instead of overflowing bins 😁 Wished all rentals used those. Only small downside (and this has been occurring at all rentals we’ve stayed in for 15years at least so really not new) was lack of adequate number of washcloths. Plenty of towels just limited washcloths. I always now bring extra so we survive 😁. Hopefully we’ll be able to rent in the future.

The home was the perfect place for our family to come together while in town for a end of life celebration. The home was clean and amenities were a bit with the kids. They loved paddle boarding and canoeing in the canal.

We really enjoyed our time at the lake house! Very beautiful and very practical for everybody. Loved the arrangement of the rooms and having the guest house was great as one couple had a baby. Loved the pool and outside living spaces . We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at the lake house. It fit our group of 10 perfectly. The house is well equipped from pool noodles to kitchen ware. We had a great time in the pool, paddle boarding, and kayaking. We’d definitely come back to this house again!

With 6 adults and two kiddos (6,3) we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the space and amenities of this awesome rental! We cooked a
meal or two at least once every day, we swam every day, played games, kayaked, paddle boarded and went boating, all from this spot. The low bridge on the canal was part of the FUN of getting out on the lake. We ducked and bobbed and giggled every time! We loved just hanging out and enjoying the house and pool as much as anything. All you need for a relaxing family stay is included. We got groceries 5 mins away. We had lunches on the lake every day and came home to a cool shady pool after lots of sun. We would come here again for sure! Thanks for a great vacation!

We just returned yesterday 6/21 from 5 marvelous days. This property is the first in 8 years than can accommodate our family. We have 4 members that are 75. These stairs were easily accessible and the two bathrooms on the second floor worked great. Also having a room with a King and Queen allowed people to have separate beds. The outdoor area steps and pool entry worked great for our older members. We want to come back next year. Love the extra room of the Casita.

We enjoyed a full family getaway and had a great time. Perfect space for all 14 of us.
The backyard of the house faced West, so the hot evening sun was relatively mild. Plus, the pool helps!
The house’s layout worked extremely well for us too. The detached “guest house” gave additional privacy and the number of bathrooms were great (4.5).
We enjoyed the SUPs and kayaks, and even docked our fishing boat overnight.

We organized a family trip with three families all together and this house was perfect for everyone! The grill outside was great for big family bbqs. The hot tub was used almost every evening by the family and all the rooms were comfortable. I’d say the best part for a group our size was the kitchen that was fully stocked with everything, it made cooking big dinners super easy! We can’t wait to come back all together again

We had a wonderful time with all ages. We had our grand baby all the way up to teen daughter and adult kids. The pool and hot tub were great. Lots of space . Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boards. Thank you.

The house is amazing. There were twelve of us and we all had a great time. Made use of boat rentals and kayak rentals a few days. Property was great to relax by the hot tub and pool, or just hanging out on deck above boat dock. Grocery store very close for any last minute items. Sharon was an excellent host and was always at the ready for any questions or needs. Communication was excellent as well. You will not want to leave. We were there a week.

The house is wonderful! It is clean and provides a nice and relaxing environment. The outdoor entertainment area is perfect for curling up and watching football games and most of our party enjoyed the hot tub, too. We watched the Horned Frogs win the Fiesta Bowl, so that was an added bonus!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Thanksgiving. The property with all of the trees and the view was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. The property manager was amazing. She responded extremely quickly to any of our questions, even though it was a holiday week. We would definitely come back.

We recently visited the hill country and very much enjoyed relaxing at the house, watching football and grilling while the kids swam in the pool. There was plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. The house was so perfect for our group, and super clean too! So nice to have grocery store, state park, caverns, all close by!

We had a fabulous time enjoying this beautiful home. It had everything we needed for a long weekend away. The hot tub was great as the pool was quite chilly. I really enjoyed sitting out on the porch drinking my morning coffee and watching the deer across the canal. It was a very peaceful property with not a whole lot of traffic going by even with the new homes being built a few lots down. We would definitely book this home again as it had plenty of room for our family.

As a family, we had not taken a trip in 16 years! THIS property was THE PLACE to reunite from three different towns to celebrate mom’s 82nd birthday and success of heart surgery 1 month ago. The baby of all 4 grandkids, turned 8! Everything was as promised! Thank you again and hope to do it again.

Second time to rent this property. Lots of room especially with the casita. Kitchen well supplied but you need a large pitcher for iced tea. Pool enjoyable!!

Me and my family so enjoyed this property again, this was our second year in a row to stay. We not only love the property and Kingsland, but the Manager and staff are top notch! We will be back!
