The property was as described. We enjoyed our stay there and found the beach was just a couple minute walk away. The kitchen had the items we needed. Owner had a regular coffee maker delivered as requested though it arrived on day two. The couch and the beds were comfortable along with the central air conditioning and fans. A PVC pipe disconnect of the water supply was addressed and fixed by maintenance quickly after our call for help. One issue on the downside was the fact that both toilets had flush components in the tanks, that needed to be replaced. We had to fix the toilet flush mechanisms several times during the stay. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation at the Rock House. Thank you Johnny.

Overall, the property is very nice and the walk to the beach is quite easy. The accommodations inside are clean, family friendly and the lay out is nice. It easily held a family of 7 and provided enough seating for everyone for meals and for entertainment nights inside. You're close to the 'town' which made it easy to run quick errands for the few things we forgot. There is also filtered water at the sink, which made cooking easy as well as water for coffee. All of the kitchenware we needed was provided, and I loved the wine opener! The only area that needs some updating is the outside of the home. The patio furniture is rough and the gliders are broken. The sea air has taken it's toll on the wood and the outside of the home which is to be expected close to the beach, but updated pictures would be beneficial. Communication with the owner was fantastic! He was quick to respond and provide suggestions and had even reached out to us when another home let them know about an issue. We loved our time here, and the family had a lot of fun!

Had a retirement party in Freeport on Saturday and decided to rent a beach house for the weekend. The house was central to the location. It was perfect for the weekend. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog to go outside. The property was clean and the lay out was great. Quite cul-de-sac away from the Beach but within walking distance. Only wished the place had a drip coffee maker and all would gave been perfect.

This property was not well cleaned at the time of my arrival, and had minimal amenities such as clean towels in the bathrooms or kitchen, soap, etc. The check in process was confusing as I was told I would receive an email with a code to open the front door, which I did not receive leading to having to wait for the owner to contact me with instructions. The unit had no coffee maker, only a K cup style machine which the owner was kind enough to charge for each cup with no other options. Also, they had several soft drinks and bottled water options in the refrigerator for a small outrageous fee. The water from the faucets smelled and was not undrinkable and no filtered water options were provided. AND, to make it more interesting, a week after my stay I received an additional charge of $200 for parking under the house, which I did not do. Overall this stay was not worth the charges and is apparently a scam! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Book one of the 100s of other options and let this one sit empty!!

I would definitely rent this place again. You just wanna bring mosquito spray. They bite hard Maybe also bring bottled water to drink cause the water isn’t exactly clear. I loved the soft beds and having a washer n dryer were helpful when clothes got dirty. I give it 5 outta 5 stars

A great house and area for a family beach getaway. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Beach access was also a short walk from the house. We plan on booking again in the future.

Had a blast with our group at this home and in this area. Everything you needed was there and then check in and out was easy! Fun little restaurants close by!

A very nice, clean house in a good neighborhood. The beach decor brings a great touch to the house. The beds are so comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen has everything you need. The beach is close by. Buccee right up the road, many restaurants and convenient stores very close. We would stay again.

I came in town for a class reunion. I didn’t spend too much time on the property but it was very comfortable, nicely equipped and communication with the property manager was spot on. Super easy. The beach was quickly accessible and can be seen from the balcony.

The wife and I decided to a beach house last minute and the Rock House was a nice choice. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

This house was SO clean! The owner is very responsive to questions. It is not beachside but we knew that and the 1/2 block around the corner and over a small bridge was not a problem.

The Rock House was the perfect little getaway. It had everything we needed for our family and pets. It was also so close to the beach!!

It was an amazing experience, spacious property and a great view

We had a pleasant stay at the Rock House. Having a fenced in yard was great. The deck was wonderful for morning coffee. A short walk and we were on the beach enjoying perfect weather for our week. We had a plugged Kitchen drain and alerted Johnny who immediately had maintenance come out.

First if all the host, responds and answers questions ASAP! You have a partial view of the ocean, great location and proximity to jetty for fishing (under 5 mins). Also stores restaurants, bait shops are mins away and the beach is seconds away!

Good property and location. Close to the beach and everything on hand that we needed.

We had a great time staying in this beach house. This house had lots of amenities like beach access, fenced in yard, cold AC, and local restaurants. We will be back next summer.
