The house on the inside was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for 7. 3 of us were teenagers. Only issue was somehow we had no control of the thermostat and it was really cold in the house at night. When we called and asked they said they would call us right back. Phone call never happened. Emails were not returned either. If you don’t mind the cold it is a beautiful house in a great neighbor with lots of wildlife to see.

Pros: Pool is awesome, the canal is great and was fun to use the kayaks provided. The house was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. There are TVs with Roku devices in all the rooms. The WiFi was easy to connect to and fast. The kitchen was nice and big, living area had plenty of seating. There was also ample seating outside by the pool. The AC in the house was nice and cold too! The management company did a great job with communication. Cons: The house needs a bit of TLC, there are just some rough areas outside that could use some attention. A couple of the windows were pretty foggy and the weather strips need replaced. The master slider door didn’t open. The grill was also really yucky when we arrived and were told numerous times to make sure it was clean. A note if you have little kids the 2nd bedroom with the twin beds is on the other side of the house and connects to the garage. We didn’t feel safe putting kids in that room.

Besides the pool being ice cold the place was nice. A solar cover would have worked nice

It was easy. It was seemless. I shared with my family so everyone arrived safely.
