We enjoyed a great week at this property. The house was clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. We especially loved the screened-in porch. The location was very convenient to the lake and fun up at Gunstock.

Really enjoyed our time at this house. Beautiful home, close to the lake and not a far drive from all the main areas around Winni. But also far enough away from the noisiness of summer tourists. Home was perfect for our toddler - had baby gates, crib and high chair. Plus a screened in porch and nice yard for him to run around. Any questions I had Kerri answered quickly. Highly recommend this for summer or winter getaway!

Had everything you needed plus!!! Liked having bedroom upstairs living area in the middle and additional bedrooms w/living room & bath in the lower level. Had a lot of privacy for 2 couples. Owner quick to answer questions. Would def rent again.

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well appointed and the house was very clean when we arrived. We had a wonderful time and would rent this home again.

We lost power during a snowstorm. Kerri and Jay stayed in touch throughout and offered us to stay at another property nearby during the outage. The house was as described, clean and comfortable. Thank you both again for everything.

The house was way too big for just the two of us, but the hosts have done a great job making it cozy and inviting for any group size. It is a great house surrounded by trees and in a great neighborhood. The check in process was flawless even though we arrived very late. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great 20th anniversary. Thank you, Kerri and Jay!

Host went above and beyond to make a birthday trip happen.. from grocery pick up, cake pick up and retrieving an out of state meat delivery!!! New home. Fire pit was an awesome closure to the evening… we went to Bank of New Hampshire for a Jason Aldean concert. 10 min drive. Close to so many amazing restaurants, etc.. would highly recommend!!! You won’t go wrong with renting this property!!! A+

Perfect house for a lake weekend and concert viewing.

We had a lovely holiday in the Lakes Region, the home was welcoming, accommodated our dog with stair gates and had all the amenities we might have wanted!

A group of us (3 couples) stayed at this lovely home while we attended a 3-day concert at Gunstock Mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, air conditioning worked efficiently (90+ degree days) and the beds were comfortable. The home was well-decorated, neat and clean. We all agreed that we would gladly stay in this home again.

This home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home in Gilford! It is gorgeous and was close to everything which allowed for us to easily go out and do things during the day while still being able to have my 8 month old nap when needed. Kerri was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed to have a great weekend. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Spent 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend with our three twenty something children. The accommodations were perfect. Love the open kitchen living room. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. It was clean and cozy!

This home was perfect for our family gathering. Coming from florida to host an early thanksgiving with my family. Felt like home! Plenty of space and comfort for all. Great kitchen for cooking! Kerri and jay are awesome hosts ! Fun was had by all and we are looking forward to doing it again next year! Ps. The built in gates on the stairs were fabulous as it gave us all peace of mind with the grandbaby toddler ! The enclosed porch was a perk as well ❤️

Kerri and Jay were wonderful, accomodating hosts. We had some special circumstances which they not only worked around, but they went above and beyond to offer an incredibly generous solution that made our stay immensely easier. We stayed at their beautiful home the week of our wedding and are so glad we did; we especially enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace during our downtime. The house is convenient to Laconia and Gilford, including all of the seasonal attractions, grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay in Gilford. The house was perfect - super comfortable, beautifully decorated and really, really clean! The house had everything we could have asked for - comfy living room couches to binge some tv and fully stocked kitchen to make lots of meals. Our family of six felt right at home!

This was the best trip we’ve taken with our young children thanks to this amazingggg house which is completely child-proofed! Beautiful and clean and just a short drive to 2 beautiful beaches. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends with young kids!

We had a great Memorial Day weekend in the house! It was very clean and well-equipped. I was pleasantly surprised by the built in gates for each staircase which were great for my dog!

Perfect house close to everything that NH offers! Just down the road from Gunstock Mountain. Super easy to drive down to the lake or town. Very close to a number of excellent hikes, including Mt Major. The house itself is extremely clean, well stocked, and has excellent communal areas. We didn't take advantage of the yard since it was too cold, but we did use the grill one of the nights. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to the few questions we had. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a great time at this house. The house itself was, clean and spacious and in a great location. We stayed during the winter and it was a 5 minute drive (if that) to Gunstock which was perfect. Would rent it again.

We just came back from our 4 nights getaway spent at this beautiful, well maintained, brand new, warm and cozy home. Spacious, tastefully decorated, pristine CLEAN, perfectly equipped, this home is conveniently located if you want to explore the Lake Winnipesaukee area. The check in, and check out were super easy, the owner, Kerri was just amazing!!! She answered all the questions extremely fast and clear, making the entire process flawless. The attention to detail, and the fact that she took the time to anticipate our needs, gave us the opportunity to spend a nice, relaxing time at her house, and build time lasting memories. Had a lovely short getaway with family. The house was clean, spacious and looks brand new! The layout was perfect for us and had nice amenities. Great spot for exploring the area. 5 minutes to the private beach (with the provided pass) and down the road from Gunstock. Would definitely book this house again. Thanks!
