Village Connect will pick you up at door and drive you to base of ski area to catch lift, complimentary. Easy walk downhill at end of the day

The location is great. Toilets and king bed were in good shape, but all carpets were not in good shape, as well as chairs in living room. The sofa bed cover was stained and the linens for it looked like rags. There were curtains missing where we had to hang a sheet in (already in place) nails. This property needs some serious TLC. The property manager arranged sheets and pillows that improved our stay a little.

A lot of these places look big online and then are small in person. Quite the opposite here. We had five people and were pretty comfortable. Great access to the hill with a 10 minute walk. You can ski right to the hot tub at 4pm.

Property could be amazing with some TLC… white cloth chairs were stained badly, floors were soiled, windows wouldn’t work (open). My wife wouldn't even sit in the chairs. Also, there was a stain on the sheets in the master bedroom. Overall was subpar considering the investment.

Truly extraordinary home immersed in the snowy forest halfway up the mountain. Private and luxurious. Incredible views. Excellent ski in ski out access. Very helpful and attentive managers. Perfection.

This was a perfect ski-in, ski-out condo for a ski trip! We loved getting to utilize the amenities! The condo was super clean and included everything we needed!

Location and facilities are awesome! Would definitely stay here again. My only issue concerned cleanliness in the bathroom and with the coffee pot, all easily correctable. Don’t let that put you off. It is pretty great!!!

We always enjoy Townsend Place. The location is great, and the room layout works really well for the two of us. This specific condo is furnished nicely, and had everything we wanted during our stay. One word of caution: The advertised twin beds are just fold-up cots, and you would have to move furniture to make a space for them at night. Luckily, we didn't need them. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of cars, trucks, shuttles, etc. going by and loud. I was trying to get away from traffic noise! But, we still enjoyed our stay and I would return.

We loved the ski in / ski out aspect of this condo. You are one short pretty traverse to Elk Horn life and can ride straight back to the hot tub and back door of entry via Strawberry Hill. Decor was really nice. Upscale rustic. Great wood-burning fireplace for apres ski. Easy to get to all restaurants and the village via short sidewalk walk. Noise levels were quiet for tired skiers. Can’t wait to get back.

This place was great. Nice location, ski-in ski-out, good parking, amenities were nice, and the hot tub was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is the main shower drain was plugged and I hate standing in dirty water while I take a shower. Other than that it was great. We would stay here again for sure.

Condo was well appointed with the essentials. Clean, and reasonably close to village. It's a little bit of an uphill walk about 5-8 min to village and it would be quite taxing to do in ski boots/skis. Suggest on mountain ski valet to make your life easier. Would stay there again.

Great 1 Bedroom Condo for Skiing in Beaver Creek

Each morning we walked 5 min up to the base of the mountain at the Centennial Express Lift, Haymeadow Express Gondola, and Ski School Center. It's very close to all the fantastic food, restaurants, and shops that Beaver Creek has to offer, and a very easy drive down to Avon. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
