Overall this house was perfect for our group - we were in town for a golf tournament and loved the location and proximity to the course. The house was clean, appeared as described and easy check in and check out process. Compared to other places, the kitchen utensils were a little sparse, and extremely used. We were unable to use the grill as described.

Had a great time. House was nice and convenient. Loved the hot tub. Never got the garage keypad to work. But the front door keyboard worked just fine.

Both all individual bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and included everything everyone may need! Our girls trip went exactly how we envisioned it to go. The shuttle into downtown Breckenridge was incredibly convenient and we felt safe anytime we left/returned to the property. We did spend a lot of time in the hot tub that fit most of us (about 5 at a time). We all did notice that we all left with very irritated skin once we left the tub. Can most definitely be because of the length of time we spent in the relaxing tub, or if it was the amount of chemicals needed to keep the tub clean. Either way, we’re thinking it maybe user error and is our only “complaint” - if that. Our group of ladies very much enjoyed ourselves very much and will highly recommend! Thank you!!!

The bus service to Breck was great. Picks you up in the driveway. Heated garage a plus. Snow shovelers cleared our snow away. Owner helped us with some problems in a timely manner. They were easily reached and solved our problems.

Loved the location. Easy access to the Gondola for the slopes and downtown. Enjoyed the hot tub and the amount of bedrooms/beds was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Breck!

Convenient location, furnishings, a bit tired

We had a great weekend trip to Breckenridge. Our hosts were immediately available when we had an issue with one of the bathrooms. I highly recommend!!
