Sterile, room was not clean. Garbage bags of trash in hallway, light bulb out in my room, room too small for 2 people, smoke alarm battery blinked all night. Breakfast not good—all carbs.

First stay at this style hotel. Convenient, clean and comfortable. Good security. Staff was good, vert friendly and accommodating.

Drinking cups not provided in room.

Breakfast was good. We used this hotel on our way from NYC to FL and its proximity to I-95 was beneficial and very convenient. The check-in process is extremely simple. It looks like a new building, everything is spacious and clean.

The late evening front desk person wasn't too friendly or helpful.

Room was nice and comfortable. Bed could have been a little less soft but that is my taste. Room was clean and spacious. Room was quiet also since I had seen some comment that you didn't want to be in one of the rooms below the gym or ballrooms or you would get no sleep. They do have pool tables and shuffleboard with board games available like Even Hotels. The lobby though was very dark so if you wanted to read it would have been difficult. Also there were not enough chairs in the lobby for the size of the hotel and lobby.

Both elevators were extremely slow to the point that I waited over 10mins and decided to carry my bag down four floors. Unfortunately the door did not exit near the front of the building so I had to roll bag all the way around from back to check out. I let the woman at check out know the issue with the elevators and she got me a nice large coffee to go for free. It seemed they were aware elevators are slow when many people are trying to leave. One elevator had the cleaning people in it so no one could get on. Not sure why they didn't use a service elevator. No complimentary coffee. Complimentary coffee may not seem like a big deal but most chain hotels now offer it. Parking lot was confusing to navigate gates. I went out the morning of check out and had trouble getting back in even though I was not yet checked out. When I did leave I needed a card to exit which of course I didn't have because I was checked out so that made no sense.

The breakfast sucked.

The breakfast. When you don’t offer any thing hot to eat like eggs, bacon, etc… And you have a child like mine that has sensory issues and he cannot eat and will not eat things that of which your hotel had layed out to eat. And I can’t say I blame him because there wasn’t much there I would have eaten either.

It was a great breakfast and the grab and go option was awesome

Coffee and cold ac

Took 30 minutes to get checked in when I had a room already paid for 5 days earlier. Had to wait for staff to find and clean room.

The location was nice. The staff was excellent. They are one of the friendliest hotel staffs I ever met if not the friendliest!

No microwave in the room. The hotel doesn’t have a pool! There wasn’t much to choose from for breakfast. A banana and a dried up banana nut muffin. They only had an ice machine on the first floor!

NO DAILY ROOM SERVICE. Our stay was for two days. First time We stayed at a hotel/motel that did not provide daily room service. The worst part was they did not inform us of this. not on the website not when we checked in . We got back from our day in Savannah and our room was not serviced. Was looking forward to a clean shoer and had no clean towels.

The beds were nice and comfortable. The staff were kind.
