This was a very spacious house with three levels, great for a multiple-family ski weekend. Property manager was responsive to a couple of minor issues we had.

We booked this cabin to celebrate my boyfriends birthday with a group of friends. It's massive and provides everyone with a lot of space. The location was perfect - less than 10 min drive from the main strip. Management was super attentive and was easy to reach when we had questions. Would book this cabin again!

We loved the place. It's huge and has a great location right next to national park land -- you can take a hike up there and go sledding, just walking right out the door. Unfortunately, it is not a 6-bedroom as advertised. One bedroom doesn't have a door, which means it is not a quiet private place to sleep. Fortunately, we had one member of our party cancel at the last minute, so we really only needed 5 bedrooms. But we paid a lot extra to find a 6-bedroom place, and the listing was misleading in this regard. Otherwise a great place!

We had a great time here. This home is tucked away from the business of stateline while still being close to it all. The home is wonderful and offers 3 large livings spaces allowing everyone to enjoy their trip their way. We were disappointed to see that the outdoor spaces such as deck, patio, stairs, tables, chairs, hot tub and fire pit were left very dirty and coated in yellow pollen/dust. I spent the first 2 hours of our stay sweeping outside to prevent our clothes from getting ruined. No shower toiletries provided either which would have been nice to know before hand for a group this size. All in all a great stay though!

I stayed here for my 30th birthday celebration and this was an absolutely perfect property. We were able to cook dinner for 10, grill outside, and comfortably sleep with plenty of bathroom space. 10/10 experience, and I imagine its just as good in the winter time as well.

Beautiful home and surroundings

My family loved this VRBO for our gathering taking place at a hotel nearby. The location was absolutely fabulous for hiking, meeting up with others, and going downtown to restaurants. The neighborhood was a bit noisy, which was sort of humorous, since there are such rigid noise restrictions on VRBO customers. Neighbors had loud barking dogs, lawn maintenance at 8am, and sawing metal at midnight. I'm assuming that is not always the case. If these noises were gone, the neighborhood is very, very peaceful. We loved the woodsy setting, enjoyed sitting on the many decks, and thought the hottub was fabulous!!!! We would definitely stay here again. The house is huge. It was way larger than we actually needed, but it was nice to have all the extra room.

The kids enjoyed the slope on the side of the house for sledding so we did not have to go far. There are few things they have to fix:1. Water leak from the shared bathroom upstair to downstair. So we had to go to another room’s private bathroom for shower.2. The bed room downstair does not have the door. It looks like there was a door but got removed. So if you need privacy, this house is like 5 bedroom, not 6.Some nice features I can suggest is to upgrade the TV to smart TV, and have some board games to play. After playing with the snow, the kids have nothing to watch and play, other than their ipad again.

Nice and clean property at quiet location. Common bathroom had blocked drain. Customer service sent plumber within 3 hours to fix it. Kitchen microwave stopped heating the food 2nd day but we started using lower level microwave. Ample space for up to 10 people to enjoy this house. Highly recommended.

Great location, the property is great as well. Looks better in person than in pictures. Literally 5mins from casinos. Will recommend, will book again.

Stayed here for a weekend to enjoy the lake and the home was great. 10 min drive to beautiful beaches. The house was clean with plenty of space for everyone.

The home was clean and well-equipped for our group activities -- we cook a lot and were pleased to find the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a quiet and remote neighborhood with reasonable separation between the surrounding homes. Parking was sufficient for the nine of us (the unit holds a maximum of ten) -- four car parking (two in the garage, two in the driveway) created no problems. The home is spacious with great amenities (two wet bars, the lower level dedicated entirely to entertainment) including a hot tub. We would rent this home again for our group in future years.

Amazing Tahoe house for a large group. Gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, and tons of rooms/beds/bathrooms for everyone. Great hot tub and BBQ area for hanging out. Super easy check in and check out. If you have a large group and want to be comfortable, this is the place!

Overall we were happy with our stay. Unfortunately, the listing states 6 bedrooms and there are only 5 private rooms with beds and another room that is missing a door that the landlord considers a “bedroom.” Also unfortunately, the landlord was unwilling to work us to give a proportional refund due to this bad information and one of our party members not having any privacy through our stay.

Our group had such a great time here! The house is beautiful, spacious and in a great location close to everything. The kitchen is fully stocked but the bathrooms don’t have shower gel, shampoo etc. so be sure to bring your own. We would definitely recommend this spot for any larger groups.

This was a great property that accommodated our group really well. We were able to relax in different parts of the home, and cook meals in the kitchen as there were plenty of cookware. Everyone really loved the house and all it had to offer!

We immediately reached out to the phone number that was provided, and hours later had someone stop by to assess. Since this is something we dealt with for a majority of the trip, we were unable to make the most of our vacation (we wanted to be home when the representative inspected the home to amend the issue).

I wrote an email to the management company with the hopes that they could compensate us -- after all, we did pay a hefty price for a service (relaxing family vacation in a beautiful home), and we surely did not receive that. The management company never replied back.

Although our time outside the home was wonderful (perfect weather, beautiful ski conditions), I would definitely not return to this home. I would prefer to rent a home through AirBnb or VRBO like we have many times in the past, where there are more amenities, and where hosts reply much quicker and resolve issues.

At this price point I think accurate reviews are very important, so here are the facts: Stayed 12/26/21-12/30/21 (we cut a day short to get out of town before the next storm hit) We had to be in the house more than normal because Tahoe was literary shut down for 2 days after receiving 15 feet of snow in 7 days and counting. That made all of deferred maintenance of the home really stand out. As noted in a previous review the upstairs shower next to master leaks into the ceiling on the 2nd floor and there is plaster coming down on the 2nd level. The shower knob came off in my hand that controlled the rain shower that didn't work and dripped cold water on you during the shower. My sons shower on the 2nd floor came out scalding so they couldn't use that one either. The towels we cleaned but had nasty stains on many of them. Now to the basic stuff that is expected at this price point. The big fireplace in the main room featured in the pics didn't work at all. We bought batteries for the remote and it still didn't work. TV's no basic instruction on how to work the numerous remotes for each TV and most them needed batteries that we had to buy. I have teenager's so after awhile we figured it out. Remote on 2nd level (Logitech) didn't work at all and had to manually control the sound which kept shutting off because I think it was getting to hot. I couldn't find any snow shovels so I had to use Honda snow blower in garage to clear driveway. No access to "heated ski storage" unless that meant the garage? Hot tub was there but there was no way to access with the snow and should have cleared before we arrived. Again, if there was a shovel I could have attempted to clear. I spoke to Ray numerous times @ World-class properties and with the storm they were slammed and couldn't help. My issue these are things that should have been addressed well before any storm arrived. Sorry for the long dissertation I really want to make it better for the next guest which could be you.

Bathroom shower knobs and shower heads leaked the master bathroom leaked to the second floor. I don't think it was rented out for a while they just need to go in and tighten up the bathrooms and update the TVs and remotes

Had a great stay with family that flew in from around the country. The house was a great space to gather but also big enough to escape to a quiet room or space.

Small family reunion. There were four families. Plenty of room for everyone. Convenient location. Because of the three levels, kids could separate from adults, families could have privacy when wanted, etc. We had a hard time getting the central air to work. Didn't matter much because the temp outside was pretty cool while we were there. The property owner may want to address this. Also, one grouchy neighbor living below the house. Probably because we woke her up on a Sunday morning before 10am (but we were following the noise ordinance guidelines). I'd stay there again if ever back in the area and in need of a big place to stay.

The house was perfect as it was far enough away from the crowds, but still only a few minutes into Stateline and to Zephyr Cove. A great place for a weekend South Lake getaway!

Stayed 5 days for ski trip. Close to everything, very nice house with everything we needed. Definitely recommend.
