We enjoyed the house very much and will definitely stay there again on our next extended visit if available.

Everything was great for our stay in Rochester for our daughter's wedding. Malea took good care of us and gave us good instructions and responded in a quick timeframe when we had questions. We were a little surprised to see that a school was just near the back yard so their was some noise from kids out during recess, but other than that we loved the location being so close to everything in the Rochester area. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rochester. Very satisfied! Thanks Malea!

Staying here was so much better than a hotel. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying here, and having the extra space was a life saver. The house was clean and had everything that we needed readily available. The location is pretty great too. It isn't too far from Mayo, has a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, and has 2 playgrounds within walking distance. I could not recommend this place enough.

Very clean home. Neighborhood was quiet. Nearby walking path. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very considerate. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my 3 kids, ages 5 months, 2 and 4, and my in-laws with three other small children as well, right after Christmas. The downstairs was spacious enough and the kids had plenty of space to play. There were a couple nice days out too that we took the kids down the street to the school playground and let them burn off some energy! The house was stocked with everything we needed in regards to kitchen appliances and dishes, paper and bathroom products, and extras like hair dryers, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and extra pillows. The only real negative was that the toaster was broke (and it would've been very courteous of whoever broke it to let the owner know about that) but nevertheless, I purchased one and Malea simply credited me back that amount (she would have brought me one but I had to go to the store anyways, so I purchased it). There wasn't a ton in regards to bathroom towels so we had to wash these a couple times, but again we had a large group as well. The location was nice, very close to a major highway, and only a 8 minute drive to Mayo that I drove daily. Malea was always prompt to answer any messages I sent her, which I didn't do a whole lot of as the house was well set up for us upon arrival and for the duration of our stay, and check in and check out was super simple. I would definitely consider staying here again!

we stayed at this listing while visiting family in the area. Since it was the Christmas holiday we were charmed to see a small Christmas tree which we placed some presents under. :) Everything we needed was there and everything was very well labeled! Communication was perfect. The kids loved the rec room and used the exercise equipment. we loved having room to spread out. There is a park nearby and a soccer field behind the house and bike path less than a block away, which would be great in warmer months. great location.

We had a wonderful time in Rochester - the layout of the house worked very well for us with 4 adults - there was plenty of space to congregate, and plenty of space to spread out when we needed to. Wi-fi worked great. Communication with management was great. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking there was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Walking distance to two playgrounds, quiet street. Not too far to Mayo. The only thing I was not expecting was the stairs. There are two short staircases in the middle of the house. One for the upper floor and one to the lower floor. This was probably me not thinking about it ahead of time, but I didn't see much about it on the listing. We had two small kids and were concerned about the stairs, but it wasn't too big of an issue. The home and space itself were great. We would stay again if we are in the area.

We had a full week of intense tests and consults at Mayo. It was so nice to be able to take a walk on a tree lined street which ended in a park. When we had time, we sat on the back deck in the shade with a small breeze. 2 different areas to get some time from each other and watch t.v. or read. 1 room had cable and the other had Hulu, vudu etc. 3 beds up 1 level...2 twin bed rooms and a queen. The bedroom on walkout level had a queen with an abundance of hangars. Had a few questions on arrival and hosts responded immediately. Steps to 2nd floor didn't have a railing to hold when using the steps. A little unnerving for our threescore of age 70 plus. I would gladly stay h we re when we return next spring.

Clean, roomy house in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of Rochester with walking trails & a playground just steps away. Well appointed kitchen for any cooking you may plan to do. Plenty of great restaurant choices nearby if you don't. Great family space on the lower level with books, games, & a foosball table that my kids loved. We would definitely stay here again

Our hosts seem to have prepared the home for “company” and it had everything we needed. Neat, clean, and a great location in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable for a long weekend!

Well suited for our needs. Split level provided some nice distinct spaces. Could use a more robust outdoor grill. Clean & new feel to the property. Dense neighborhood.

We visited Rochester for a mini vacation. We had our 2 kids with us and brought grandparents for a couple days as well. We all fit in the 4 bedroom home perfectly with each kid having their own room. Downstairs was a great area to hang out and the girls enjoyed some of the games and activities left by Malea. The park was very close- just 1 block away. Right behind the house there is a field and parking lot (it was not being used when we came) so bring balls or bikes for playing if you bring kids! The kitchen was perfect with nicely labeled cabinets so we could find things and additionally had a beverage station set up. It was exactly as promised and communication with Malea throughout our stay was super helpful! Thanks for making it so easy for us! Would recommend to any visitor to Rochester!

Malea was exceptional to work with and very flexible with our schedule that changed. She was also wonderful at communicating so it made for an easy trip. The house was well stocked and in a nice neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for us during this trip.

Great layout with a large area for gathering with friends and family. Loved the spacious back porch, too. We saw lots of bunnies and even a deer one evening. Property is walking distance to grocery store and Rochester’s walking/bike trails. The property was immaculate and very well-equipped. Beds were comfy. There were so many design features in every room which enhanced storage. Owner was always prompt to answer questions. Would definitely choose this property again.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property for two months while we were attending appointments at Mayo Clinic. The owners, Malea and Chad, were the pest hosts we have ever had. They were very attentive to our needs. The house is in a great location if you want to go to Mayo Clinic (8 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride, or a 35 minute walk). It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to bike trails, a park, and shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I can't say enough nice things about this rental property and the owners.
