Location great, recent remodel. Enjoyed the pool. The BUNNY!

It appeared the bedding had not been changed before our arrival. There were only 2 chairs in the living/dining/ area for a family of 5

To enter the nearest beach (walking distance) you have to pay a daily fee (6-7€ per person), because it’s within national park. Just to be aware of it.

Cabina was fully equipped, very comfortable. Pool was lovely, location to the beach was great. owner was kind and very helpful!

It has been by far the best place we have stayed in Costa Rica! The place is immaculate! The apartment was fully stocked . We wish we would have found this hidden gem sooner. 💎

Easy check in and spotlessly clean. It was lovely to cool off in the pool in the evening, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. We only stayed one night, but would be great for longer.

We loved Sara's place! The apartment was clean and the Aircon worked well! The best thing was the garden and pool were amazing to relax in. The pool was really clean and we really enjoyed swimming in it as the weather is very hot in Uvita. Sara and her husband were so lovely and gave us a lift a couple of times including to the bus stop when we left with our bags which would have been a very sweaty walk! The area was great, a short distance to restaurants and the whale tour agencies and only 5 minutes to the beautiful beach.

The shower was cold but not really an issue when it's so hot outside.

Amazing place, spotlessly clean, great smell, friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Towel change and oprional cleaning every 2 days. They clean the pool every morning. Overall amazing! The beach is very close, vast and there are miles and miles of sandy beaches at you disposal. You don't wanna leave.

Sarah and her family are lovely people. Great location for visiting the whales tail and not too close to the crowds of Uvita. The pool and grounds are beautiful.

The hotel consists of four apartments. It is equipped with what we learned by now is Costa Rican standard as well as the price. The hotel was very clean and the staff was more than friendly and helpful. The proximity to the fantastic beach is awesome, right around the corner.

As a European you have to get used to the fact that a holiday apartment in Costa Rica does not the least resemble one in Europe, e.g. when it comes to kitchen facilities. You just have to get used to that fact. The bathroom was a bit smelly.

The apartment was excellent for a couple of nights' stay. The beach is very close and there's a very good Spanish restaurant just 20m down the road. The hostess was so nice and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we required during our trip

These are not related to the hotel per se but a car is recommended if you're planning to stay in uvita. An entry fee of 5-6$ is charged when going to the beach

The apartment was spacious, clean and provided the items needed for the kitchen. The pool was chilled and a nice space to relax. Most of all Sara and Manuel were great hosts and very helpful…you’ll be practicing your Spanish though 😃

So lovely and immaculate and the cute pool is a great bonus! We awoke to the sounds of macaws and howler monkeys. It’s a short walk to Marino Ballina park. Fantastic!

It is a nice place. The lady that gave us keys was super nice.

The nearest beach is paid. We didn't know about it so we were disappointed.

This is a nice house with 4 apartments (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs) and a parking area in front of it. Property is located in a quite area and close to the beach. Apartments are air conditioned, kitchen is well equipped, toilets are clean. There is a swimming pool for guests. There is no supermarket close to the location.

nice property, well located very clean air conditioned well equipped kitchen 4 apartments, 2 downstairs, 2 upstairs very kind and welcoming host, she gives a lot of very useful information Note that the swimming pool must be booked in advance to avoid different people on site at the same time (covid)

it is allowed to smoke on the property unfortunately for us, when we were there, a group of people smoked a lot on the terrace of the apartment below us (tobacco + marijuana), what prevented us from fully using the balcony with our children... and the smell was entering our apartment, what was quite annoying in the evenings... Most (all?) of the hotels we visited during our 2 months stay in central America are non-smoking - I think it would be better if this hotel also switch to non-smoking...
