The location was good and the accomodation was very nice.

This place is so super clean and in a very quiet location. So close to the beach and shops. Beautifully renovated with comfy beds and couches.

Cleanliness of unit very good. Would suggest only that pots/cutlery be checked for cleanliness too. Suggested improvement - have a shelf in the shower cubical and heater in bathroom. Not lux but cosy and attractive.

We are a family of 4 and had a really lovely stay for 10 nights. It was really enjoyable and we all loved the accommodation and amenities. It was homely, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect fir our short term stay by the beach.

The place was set up really well, with thought given into all the amenities that would be required. Such close proximity to walking along the beach road. Spent the weekend there with some friends, and was an easy and relaxing stay. Thanks!

The unit has been beautifully renovated and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay on the Peninsula. I travelled with young children and it was very safe for them - no way they could escape! The small outdoor deck is great for eating outside, and the kitchen comes with all the mod cons - microwave, dishwasher, full sized fridge and even a Nespresso with pods. Sarah is very generous with basic pantry items also supplied. We were able to do a load of washing while there which was great. The area is quiet, walking distance to a small park which the kids loved. A short drive to the main street in Mornington, and a 20 min drive to Rosebud - which we did daily as the park, jetty, beach area is perfect for kids. The beds need a special mention - sooooo comfortable!! Would absolutely book again :) Lisa

A great location that was very quiet yet still close to everything

Firstly, our host was extremely approachable and amenable. We are from interstate and don't know the area at all. Mornington has a very small beach and few entertainments. The property is extremely well presented and equipped but very expensive for its location and size, particularly at this time of year. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 young children and had we (2 of the 6) stayed for more than the 1 night, would have struggled to keep out of each others way for the 4 nights booked. I was very disappointed on arriving to see that it was an old unit and not a cottage, and without outdoor space that I had envisaged. With online booking one doesn't get the address until the fees are paid and I feel we could have done better.

Our bridal party spent a couple of nights here and loved it. Was everything we needed.

Enjoyed the long weekend away at this beautiful apartment. Very clean and modern. Exactly like the pictures. Sarah was an amazing host and reply extremely quickly. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely renovated house, very clean with everything you could want provided. Beds were comfortable and there was a wonderful small outdoor area. Beach was down the end of the street, and shopping centre only a short drive away.

Our 4 day mini-stay was made more than enjoyable due to the fittings, cleanliness and style of this cleverly converted unit just five minutes walk to the beach in south Mornington. Everything you could need was supplied (including decent knives - a most welcome change) and the communication with the owner - Sarah - was polite and prompt.My wife and two teenage boys join with me in highly recommending this property.Thank you Sarah.

I came with my family of 5 for 3 nights away. The three bedrooms were perfectly fitted out for us all and everything was so new and clean!! All amenities were super easy to use, towels were oh so fluffy, and beds were comfortable. Everything within easy access to beaches and shops. Thanks for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it
