my partner and I slept on the top floor which was beautifully laid out but would have been nice to have better facilities for example no plug in sink no bin in room or bathroom at all. decoration looks unfinished particularly near long mirror? half wall painted??? the bed on the second floor was really uncomfortable and both me and my husband have a bad back now when we looked underneath it looks broken as we would fall to middle of bed. hubby looked and saw several pieces of wood holding up the middle of the bed????? we were shattered by end of trip due to no sleep

The house was immaculately clean and very spacious. Felt so at home here for the Christmas period. Great location. Beds were all comfortable and clean, every floor had a toilet. Garden is great outdoor space. 2 parking spaces right outside. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Overall my family and I were so impressed and enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean, spacious, had parking and provided everything we needed for a family break. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the lounge room with sliding doors to the patio area was lovely. Host was friendly and gave all information we needed, overall great accommodation.

House was comfortable and very clean. Lovely decor. Felt at home here. Suited us as it was easy to go sight seeing in London.

The only hiccup was that there wasn’t enough towels on arrival. However, the host contacted us apologising and organised extra towels straight away.

The house was absolutely beautiful, beds comfy, kitchen had more than we needed. Cleanliness was outstanding. There really wasn't anything negative to comment, absolutely beautiful property.

bi-fold door was difficult to use. seemed to not fit properly decided not to open as didn’t want to damage it. 1 person found the bed in master room uncomfortable but not really an issue for 2 nights.

The house was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious and had a very cosy feel. The location was close to everything we had planned to do, so quiet considering it was only 15 miles from Heathrow. There was local shops within walking distance.

The front door was a little hard to lock at times and the it appeared that the smoke alarms on the upper floors had been damaged.

Cleanliness of the property. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated house on a modern estate. Two bathrooms (one was an ensuite shower with a toilet) and an additional water closet on the ground floor. Excellent storage space available in each bedroom. The TV had a good selection of TV channels.

There was a requirement to remove shoes in the property, which some people might not like. There was a security camera in the hallway, so we could not walk about the ground floor without being observed. This made us feel quite uncomfortable. No hand towels were provided in the ensuite or main bathroom (one was provided in the WC downstairs) and there were no hooks to suspend our individual towels in these rooms either. Only one towel was provided per person so this was a little inconvenient. However the most important issue was the uneven flooring in the living room. It was very uneven and was a serious trip hazard.

Ability to accommodate

Very clean, spacious house. A lot of house for the money! Very comfortable, lovely bathrooms with bath and shower, great parking, in a quiet and safe area.

Don't go expecting to be able to sit in the garden. Looks out in to a wall and was covered in weeds when we were there. But if you are just using it as a base to stay rather than a holiday home, it is perfect.

The property was fairly close to the station. Located in a quiet residential area. Clean and comfortable.

The cleaning stuff was locked away. Although towels were provided there was enough. We needed hand and face towels etc.

It was comfortable, clean, warm, spacious, modern, and had every facility we needed. Really nice to have tea/coffee, sugar. Tesco express just 5 minutes walk out of the estate.

The camera pointed towards the front door from the sitting room. Whilst I understood the reason behind it, I felt we were on camera every time we accessed the kitchen!

Self-check-in made arrival and departure easy. The accommodation was beautifully warm and clean. It is spacious and comfortable, furnished with quality items making for a relaxed stay and a good nights' sleep. The quiet location is good and met our needs meeting family living in the area but would be ideal for those wanting to visit local attractions such as Windsor etc plus an excellent fast frequent rail connection into London. There is a supermarket close by and plentiful reliable taxi providers should they be required, parking is provided for two cars. All in all, it represents great hassle-free value for money.

Nothing to dislike in my opinion as it more than met my expectations. There is a live camera in the hall which didn't bother me unduly but may do with some guests. I would use this accommodation again should the need arise and would recommend it to others.

Confortable bed and pillows, lovely furniture, clean and tidy, quiet area. Special mention to the gardener who came on our second day and did a wonderful thourough job and was very friendly. Water pressure was great. Would definitely come back!

Lovely property.

Garden was over grown so children could play outside.

Very clean, plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, 2x parking spaces, pleasant safe location. Easy access. A true home from home, so much better than a hotel for families. I don't hesitate to recommend this property to others.

It was a shame that there were only 4 kitchen chairs (we were 4 adults + 2 children) , especially as taking food out of the kitchen is not allowed. The CCTV camera was further inside the property than I expected and did feel rather creepy. The upstairs bedroom, next to the hot water tank, was uncomfortably hot after a 30'C summer day. But none of this would stop me booking again.
