We used this home as "overflow bedspace" for a second house we rented at the same time (5 people here, 14 at the other house), and we spent most of our time at the other place. But this home was as advertised. The bed in the loft is a vertical climb, so be aware of that before assigning it to someone with vertigo, LOL. The fridge is fantastic; we used it to supplement the ice at the *other* house, since we were making so many cocktails, yay! It's a little dark inside, but hey, it's a log cabin in the woods. It's supposed to be a little dark. I was able to charge my electric car from an outlet on the front porch, so that was a bonus, too. Wifi was solid, water was hot, my sisters watched a movie or two on the TV and used the hot tub. Take my five stars! :-D

The old AT trail access is just around the corner and we think that trail is one of the best trails in the resort. You can hike numerous circuits using this house as a starting point. The owners were very kind and a pleasure to work with. We will look forward to coming back to the Cozy Cabin on Top of the Mountain!

We stayed here for our friend birthday and had an amazing time. The property was clean and they owners were so easy to get in touch with! We really enjoyed the hot tub and loved playing the games in the cabinet! It is located close to so many vineyards. We will definitely be returning!

Plenty of space for all to hang out watching TV, playing games at large table, relaxing in hot tub and the closeness of community pool makes it easy to access and enjoy too! Overall fantastic time for all to enjoy!

The property was just perfect and location can not be beat. We enjoyed a few hikes on the Old Appalachian Trail (trailhead is just down the road from the house) and down in the valley.

Great cabin in Wintergreen right near the slopes. The house was comfortable with everything you need to cook. We loved our stay!

My family had another wonderful Christmas on the mountain. The cabin is spacious and very well equipped with all the essentials you need, kitchen items, linens, towels and nice upgrades to the bathrooms. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace that added to the coziness of the cabin. Lastly, down the street from the cabin is the entrance to a trail the pups and I enjoyed exploring! Hosts were super responsive and very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from and looking for upcoming dates to come back!

Complete with cutting boards, a pasta strainer and cooking utensils. The owners' communication was clear and prompt. We were pleased to learn that this rental came with a guest pass to utilize Wintergreen's pool and fitness center (and many other amenities). I'd highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay! The property was even better than what we expected based on the listing. The kitchen was well stocked, the cabin quaint and clean with beautiful outdoor spaces and views. They had firewood for the fireplace and hitch really completed the ambiance. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt and the location was perfect! We can’t wait to return.
