Great condo, spacious and clean. Excellent location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Do not bring a big car!

The rental company, Southern Belle Tybee, was awesome to work with from the beginning! Communication was clear, and they quickly answered my questions. We loved this condo and its location! It was clean, and the two king beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean from the two porches. We did simple meal prep in the kitchen. The condo is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars! My message to the condo owners is that it is time to take a few days and give this condo a little TLC. It's had a hard, fun summer. Cabinet hinges are loose in the kitchen. The corner cabinet in the kitchen barely turns without great effort. There is peeling paint in both bathrooms. The couch (with pullout bed) has cushions that sank lower each time we sat on it. Another chair in the great room has a bent leg. These are small things that didn't deter our fun, but they need attention. Yes- we would stay there again! We didn't use the pool, but it is just down the street from this unit and looked very nice. Thanks for a great Mother/Daughter getaway!

Clean and nicely decorated two bedroom condo close to the beach and restaurants. The parking is tight at the property and throughout the city.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The furniture is all new and the colors are gorgeous. I loved the condominium. However, the parking is really awful. If they would take the fence down on the other side of the road, it would be much easier to park. Truly, there's no reason to not fix this problem.

Overall was pretty satisfied, master bedroom needs some repairs to the outlets. Also parking was not the easiest if you have a car larger than a midsize SUV.

Loved this property. It was spacious, clean, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and the pier. My favorite place, while in the condo, was on the large, private porch!

Wonderful time

The condo was very nice just like the pics. The location was a great walking distance to the Beach and restaurants. The water view is far but nice from both porches. No problems very enjoyable. The rental company reached out to ensure all was well the day of check I'm.

Loved the rental and it is a great location. However, there are a few issues we had. The Microwave did not heat at all even though it did run. Management did provide adequate assistance with this problem. The "single" side of the coffee pot does not work. We did find the couch is greatly worn and extremely uncomfortable, and there no clocks in the unit as well as no alarm clocks. Other than those nuisance issues, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a problem with the lock box. Directions for tv would be helpful. Couch was terribly uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable. Parking is insane!!!

We loved the condo and the spaciousness of it was great for four adults! We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to the beach less than a block and all the bars restaurants and shops that were easily walking distance! We did have to leave early due to hurricane in coming but still managed to have a great time! My only comment is that we could’ve been notified a little bit better that the causeway was probably going to flood and if we needed to get out we needed to do it quickly. Members of our group had to pack up very quickly and get off the island before that happened.

I have stayed in a number of locations and I really enjoyed this one. It was centrally located so walking distance to numerous good restaurants. Unit was clean and had all amenities.

Great property and value.

The condo was decorated pretty, and was perfect size for our stay. I will say that it could of been cleaner. Not sure if the floors get mopped. I would of liked a small vacuum to be kept at the property for the clean freaks who can't handle the dirt and sand tracked in. The property mgmt was wonderful to work with too. It was a few min walk to beach, pool, restaurants, shopping, etc. Perfect location. Parking- If you have a truck or larger vehicle - GOOD LUCK parking! I had an anxiety attack every time my husband had to park his truck under the bldg. But we would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our Tybee getaway! The condo was clean, comfortable and relaxing.

The property was perfectly located and had all we needed. Only tricky part was getting used to the parking spot

Property was very clean and furnished well. Property in need of some minor maintenance such as tightening cabinet knobs, caulking around bathtub, tightening door handle, replacement of some light bulbs, etc. Parking was the biggest problem as it was very tight for a van at the facility.

Property was as represented. At this time of the year the area is quiet. Walk to beach and around town. Did not need to drive anywhere during our stay. Very relaxing break from a hectic lifestyle.

This property we stayed in for 5 nights recently was fantastic. Very clean - comfortable beds- well appointed kitchen- nice private outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again!

One block from the beach and 2 blocks away from restaurants, shops and nightlife! Couldn’t have asked for a better location to spend 5 days!

Very nice, clean condo in a very convenient location. Right around the corner from multiple stores and restaurants. Short easy walk to the pier. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked inviting.

The condo was Just Perfect! Exactly as pictured online. Very clean and beautifully decorated. My family and I felt comfortable and safe, and "at home" and really enjoyed our stay! The parking under the building was challenging for us with a van, but otherwise it was a Great place for our vacation.

Easy chack in, fully furnished with all we needed for a relaxing week.

Overall our family had a great experience in this condo. Beautiful, well maintained, basic necessities present, very clean, good working AC/Refrigerator-Freezer, amazing location, Southern Belle was amazing customer service. Areas for improvement is the pool Situation is not very teenager friendly, some electrical outlets need updated/fixed, parking under building is very tight for trucks, upgraded coffee maker would benefit coffee drinkers who bring ground coffee & kcups. Additionally, partying with some friendly locals of the island was very cool as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a great choice - the beach is close and the rental is a very quick walk to the private pool.

We booked at the last minute and didn’t know what to expect. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The place was immaculate and absolutely perfect. The location was the best part! You are literally two blocks from the beach, 2 minutes from the beautiful pool, and one block from the downtown full of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island, wonderful location. We could walk to everything that we wanted to do.

While the property in general is a little older, this unit has been well maintained and updated nicely. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t have to get in the car for anything until it was time to come home. Really enjoyed our stay.
