Unbelievable weather for May, blue sky days and no wind.The bach was cosy and suited our family for the weekend.The outside shower was a hit and wish we had the chance to use the outside covered area. This would be ideal in summer, living outside with shade during the day and outside by the fire at night. Thanks Cole

Fantastic set up if you are looking for something affordable and comfortable. Summer on the decks would be amazing. Beach and Coffee at the cafe so close. Would go back for sure. All we needed.

We loved the Bach but there were 2 quite significant disappointing aspects. The first was not realising until we arrived that there is a quite high step up into the bedrooms and the kitchen. We had my elderly mother with us and this step was definitely difficult for her and also a safety issue. I feel that this should be in the description for the Bach as for people like us it’s a significant factor. The second issue was the smell in the outside cabin which meant that it was not suitable to be used, definitely no-one was able to spend the night in there. I tried airing the room but as soon as it was shut up again the smell returned. I’m not sure what caused the smell but it was just fortunate that there were enough beds without using this room even though we had planned on being able to use it. Overall we loved the Bach and had a great weekend. Thank you.

This accommodation was perfect for our stay for Beach hop. Great location with a short walk to Williamson park and about a 10-15 minute easy walk to town. Great to have two showers. Easily accommodated our five adults. Our friends also commented on the great deck. Host instructions were easy to follow and very informative. We loved it so much we have rebooked for next year. The batch was almost perfect for a couple of late 70s sisters. I had the gold room which was perfect and allowed a pleasant night's sleep undisturbed by my sister who is up and down all night. The only difficulty was perhaps navigating the different floor levels but we managed ok. The lock box required me to be on hands and knees but I had an old towel to kneel on. Would happily go back to stay. Thank you very much Cole.

Great long weekend stay. Bach is perfect location, close walking distance to beach. Everything is in the house you could need for your stay. Only one thing I could suggest would be some fans for those hot summer nights - those bedrooms do get extremely hot! Thanks for the stay Cole!

6 of us stayed there 3 nights (4 adults 2 kids) and it was perfect. Super close to beach and easy short walk into town. Heaps of outdoor space to sit and relax covered/uncovered. Fully fenced so kids can’t escape. Cole the property manager was easy to deal with and gave us everything we needed. Will stay again for sure.

Stayed over new years eve with my daughter and a few of her friends and had a great time! Check in and communication was easy and the batch itself is really cool with some great outdoor living areas and in a good location near the surfclub and beach. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

We loved this bach! It was so well laid out in terms of rooms and beds, eating/entertaining, relaxing and cooking spaces. The doors and windows open to create lovely cross breezes and everything is really comfortable. Very close to the beach. Cole was a great host and I would highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay here! Such a great bach that had absolutely everything you needed. It was particularly great having it fully fenced for our young toddlers who enjoyed running around and playing outside the whole time. Such a great location and easy walks to wherever you needed to go. Hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.

Great stay here was all we needed as the weather was good. Outside fireplace was just what we needed on some chilly nights. Only downside was the gas bottle was completely empty on the bbq when we went to cook dinner on the first night.

We had a lovely two-night stay here. The bach was very cute, great outdoor area with lots of space for our two little ones to run around. Check in and out process was communicated well. Plenty of extra blankets provided too! The toys and DVDs were great to have, especially when the weather wasn't the best =). Would definitely book again to stay

We have just spent the weekend at Te Koha Batch and we didn’t want to leave! The homely feel and the whole peaceful aura of the property are very evident as soon as you step foot in the gate. Cole was so great to communicate with and our children have asked to come back again “all the time”. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

good ,clean, basic bach , double bed room not attached to main building ,if want to go to the toilet at night you going to get wet.

Nice and tidy little Bach, would be a hit with the children with a kids room and a toy box filled with board games and goods!

Great communication. Cole has a lovely wee Bach with a fabulous outdoor area. Our family loved the stay over a long weekend and would definitely love to stay again :)
