the condo presented with everything as advertised..the owner are very personalble and easy to communicate with. the kitchen was well stocks, bathroom very clean and the bedroom very comfortable. i would recommend to anyone and will stay in this unit again.

Just as advertised: clean cozy and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5 - myself and husband and 3 college aged kids- and our dog. Location was perfect, easy access to everything. We were visiting family in the area and we were happy to have a nice place to retreat to rather than having to be in a hotel.

I want to give this place 5 stars, but I can't. I picked up 4 dead roaches and had to kill one of them. But obviously the house had been sprayed for bugs recently, and I realize bugs run back and forth between units. One of the shower mats was moldy, the refrigerator could have been cleaner, and there is ice growing on the seal of the freezer although the freezer worked fine. The house is VERY clean otherwise, quiet, and has comfortable clean beds and furniture. For some reason, the address confused both our GPSs, but we found the place. The owners were very responsive and nice. The AC worked great, good water pressure in the showers. Overall a good experience.

I love this house. We had an issue with the air conditioner and I text the host Emily and her husband came over right away and fixed it. Definitely would recommend this property! We had a great time!

We stayed here a couple of nights for my daughter’s graduation from ECU, and it was MUCH better than paying for a local hotel. We will definitely keep this in mind if we have to come back to stay in Greenville. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Loved the quiet neighborhood and being able to get our walk in there.

Good base location for exploring Greenville and Eastern NC. Single-story condo with safe walking areas and a small dog park in the complex makes it convenient for those of us who travel with the family dog. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive hosts.

The place was clean, beautiful, well-stocked and plenty big. It’s very near ENC and less than 10 minutes from Uptown. Comfortable beds. Easy parking, friendly neighbors. Lot’s of great restaurants uptown, especially recommend Side/Bar. 30 minutes to Washington NC waterfront historical town, worth a drive for dinner or lunch.

We have been on a month long tour and this was the best place we stayed in. Loved the floor plan of the unit,it was very clean and very well stocked - even a gas grill on patio although the gas tank was empty I went to exchange it and the owner offered to reimburse me for the propane. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms nice living room and well stocked kitchen - would definately stay there again

One of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. It's spacious, nicely laid out, and in a good location for shopping and other services. Greenville has a nice community pool for the torrid NC summers and a great greenway along the Tar River.

A wonderful home away from home
We were delighted with everything about this condo. The beds were extremely comfortable, the amenities were great! We stayed for a month and we felt like we were home. It was stocked well with everything from coffee to laundry detergent. Hopefully it will be available when we return.

An Absolute Delight!
My husband and I live in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia and our eldest lives in Myrtle Beach with her family. We needed a halfway point to meet in Greenville to celebrate the holidays. With this listing we found a very safe environment for our family (which included our pups!) to have sit down family type festivities. We wanted for nothing. There were special touches throughout the house. The host even had Christmas decorations. Wish all of our out of town accommodations could be as clean, comfortable, and enjoyable as this property. Would highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed!
My family from GA joined us for Christmas and we needed extra space for my 85 year old mother, my sister and brother in law. This condo was perfect for them and met all of their needs and expectations! So glad we found it and will book it again when needed!

Relaxing stay!!
We came to visit our daughter at ECU we had the best time staying here. Amazing hosts very cozy and near our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Family weekend
Condo was great! Close to the campus so we had easy access to our daughter. Owners reach out ahead of time and made sure we knew how to access condo. Remote control for tv in the main room didn’t work well, but we brought our fire stick, so it wasn’t an issue. Master bedroom had a great tv and remote control. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great place to stay. There were only 2 of us and a dog but this would be very comfortable for a large family.

Hey, just wanted to let you know we saw some cockroaches while we were there -- probably half a dozen or so over the course of our stay. Also, you may or may not be aware that at least one of your neighbors appeared to be attempting to sell drugs and had a run-in with the local law enforcement.Otherwise our stay was enjoyable!
