A group of 6 of us came down to dive. I was the only nondiver. The house slept us all comfortably although one bedroom does not have any window. The bathrooms, 2 being quite small, allowed everyone to shower quickly. The kitchen was perfect for me and was very well stocked and clean. Overall the house was perfect for out needs and we would stay there again!

Immaculate Clean Nice Area Easy Access to Restaurants

Very clean and well stocked. Lovely natural setting. Lots of fun things to do! Enjoyed the pool, national and state parks, glass bottom boat, and Key West.

3 story, 3 bedroom condo with all the amenities! We were looking for a place to stay near John Pennekamp State Park. The location was perfect. It turned out to be very private and quiet with a beautiful pool, playground, and ocean access. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with a view of the lagoon. We would stay there again if we revisit the area.

The condo has a great view and lots of balconies/screened in decks with seating. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious and have lots of storage/closet space, while the one downstairs is just a bed that takes up almost the entire room. There are two sitting areas with TVs and TVs in all the bedrooms. The bathrooms are clean and have nice tile work, but the two on the lower levels are very tight - with no room to do hair or makeup. The stairs are pretty steep and have short treads, so this would not be a good property for people with mobility issues or very small children. There is a closet with a full sized washer & dryer, along with detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets. The overall feel of the house was modern and clean - I would stay there again if we ever returned. We did not get to enjoy the community amenities, like the pools or tennis courts because we were there for a wedding and our days were filled with preparation. The entrance to the community is gated, with a guardhouse so it is very secure.

We had a great time in Key Largo. This unit was extremely close to one of the pools, which was fantastic and convenient to be able to walk back and forth from the pool to our unit if we needed anything. The area is pretty quiet and we enjoyed the screened porch. The unit is very well stocked - plenty of bath towels available, but I would bring extra beach towels if you have a large group, although a laundry closet is available to wash each day if needed. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area and a Publix grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this property! The property was well cared for, very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults and three teen girls. This location is amazing- so quiet, safe and close to lots of great things. Golf cart add-on was definitely a good add. Would be great if you could also add-on kayaks and bikes as this property has many great options for both.

This place was amazing! Plenty of space on 3 floors to stretch out. Plenty of linens and a fully stocked kitchen! This was important to us since we flew down to Miami from Philadelphia and could not bring our own supplies. We enjoyed all of the balconies. Kawama yacht club was a beautiful place. Perfect for someone who enjoys quiet. We had fun walking around and spotting iguanas and birds. We also enjoyed the beach by the jetty. Chris was great to work with and would always get back to me quickly when i had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Fell in love with Kawama when we were here last season. This site is just perfect! Just a few steps away from one pool and close to the point, where you can go and watch the sunset. This would be the site we book again and again!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Kawama property. It was furnished nicely, had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, and was clean and comfortable. Use of the golf cart was a plus. This was a lovely community, we would definitely come stay again.

This property was exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and it was well stocked with towels etc. we loved the screened patio, great for relaxing with coffee. Communication and response with Chris was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

Initial booking was simple and uneventful. All correspondence with Chris was timely and he was nothing but outstanding. Unit is beautifully decorated, welcoming and stocked with the necessities. Chris arranged a special surprise for my son's wedding anniversary at the last minute upon my request. A definite property not to be missed.

First things first, I want to say that this place is just as good as described, if not better. Also, compliments to the housekeeping; this place was amazingly clean. We loved the layout of the house. We were able spend time together and also get some privacy. Chris was super easy to work with, and always very quick to respond. And if youre into the outdoors, your going to love the swimming spots this place offers. We had the best time and we have discussed at length coming back!!

I have stayed at other homes within the same community before, this without a doubt is the best property of the community. Recently remodeled, plenty of room for the family, super cleannnnnnnnnnnn and plenty of tvs.

Our family had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Key Largo. It’s in a great community with access to the water. The townhouse is super clean, totally renovated and up-to-date. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

Very clean, great location, nothing was worn, or rundown. We fished for a couple of days, drove to Miami for an evening. Had a great time.

Our stay was perfect! I couldn’t find the email with the key code and Chris responded immediately. The unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped if we wanted to cook but we chose to eat at the many local restaurants. We spent each morning at the beach watching the sun rise over the Atlantic. Wonderful stay!

Family Trip

Chris was great to work with and the property was perfect for our needs! Spotless unit! Extremely well-stocked kitchen with all necessary equipment, utensils, plates, etc. Three bathrooms with three showers = fantastic! SCUBA divers note: Excellent location near dive shops and two balconies with strong metal rods to dry all your gear! We will definitely rent this place again if we return to Key Largo!!! We were perfectly in the middle to Key West and Miami. Great location. Wished we would have had a beach but was great other than that.

We were a little nervous about the stay, as the pictures looked great, but you know how that can be. To our surprise, it was a great place! The steps were a little challenging, as they are very steep. We have an outstanding stay and Chris was responsive and great to work with! If ever we travel back to area, we will definitely be looking to stay at this location again.
