The location was amazing and the condo is small but very clean. Jan was amazing and checked in on us to see if we had any questions and gave us tips for the weekend because there was a Seafoodfestival in Sarasota. We loved the walking distance to the beach every morning. A very trivial matter is there is no dishwasher, what we found unusual, but with so many foodoptions on St.Armands Circle it was no big deal. It was a very quiet neighbourhood and we felt very safe walking home after dinner from St.Armands. Communication with Jan was great, before, during and after.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It was clean, cute, and the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach and the shopping and restaurants at St. Armands Circle. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This was the perfect small two-bedroom condo. It was clean, nicely furnished and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and very helpful. Why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in a two-bedrrom condo for the same price!

We had the BEST time in this adorable beach condo. Jan was so helpful and had great communication from start to finish! She even told us about a concert on the beach in the middle of our stay. That is great attention to detail! The adorable beach condo is 1.5 blocks from the Lido Beach. The condo is decorated in a cute beach motif and gets you ready for a fabulous vacation in the beautiful Sarasota area. Please be aware the condo is on the 2nd floor. You will need to navigate luggage up the stairs. Not a big deal for us, but for some it might. Another plus, you can walk everywhere; beach, St. Armands’ Circle and there is a lovely walking path around the neighborhood. You will need transportation to get downtown. Have a great time! You will be glad you selected Chateau Village as your vacation spot!

5 minutes to beautiful Lido Beach, 10 minutes to all of the shops at St. Armands Circle. The apartment was very clean with a homey feeling. We had covered parking and felt very safe. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Looking back to coming again!

Everything was great and just what we needed. From the start Jan was communicating and kept us informed. The condo is so clean, cute, and homey too. Short steps to the beach - quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to go again. My hubbie's birthday will be remembered here with family. Thank you . . . loved it!

The condo was very clean, well stocked and easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Only used the car twice! We saw 3 turtle crawls - two false and one nesting-we volunteer at our local beach) on one early morning walk. Didn’t want to leave, hope to return soon.

Although we have been to Sarasota many times it was our first time staying in Lido beach and I would absolutely stay here again and fully recommend this condo. It was very clean and super convenient! My wife and I took a trip to Lido Key for our 25th anniversary and this was the perfect spot. Close to the beach, walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. The property is quiet and well maintained. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Great accommodations & great communication with the property owner. The only thing I wish would’ve been mentioned beforehand was the laundry facility had coin-operated machines in the complex (not in the condo) and to bring quarters if you intend to do laundry—no change machine on site.
