The location was very convenient to many stores and amenities, including the place I was renting a snow bike from. It was also very nice to have a fully furnished accommodation to allow us the peace of mind not to forget something you take for granted in everyday life of your own home i.e. dish soap etc.

The check in process was a pain to figure out and they was no one on site to get ahold of to help. There was nothing in the check in email about where to park or where the parking passes where. Come to find out they were right inside the door but no explanation of which pass you use in what spot etc.. I was also told there was a hot tub that was open year round.. which it was but it looked to not only be outside but you had to walk outside to get to it in the single digit temperatures. Obviously I don't expect my own personal hot tub in my room, I just wish I was told this in advance that way I could bring a robe or be provided a robe to get to and from. The last issue was both bathroom doors did not close and latch. Both of the door jams were out of alignment and needed to be manipulated to actually latch. I realize to a certain point I am being a little nit picky, but I am trying to relay this information to the owners to help improve the experience for future customers.

beds were absolutely horrible. my wife and I barely got any sleep. so bad that we ended up sleeping on the couches in the living room.

Unit was fine

Owner was not prepared for guest. The fan and light in the kitchen did not work and was not fixed while we were there. There was a coffee maker, Kerrig, but no coffee, no hair dryer, no fans. Light over stove was out. We made dinner by flashlight the first nite .No shelf was cleared for guest food in kitchen. Light next to bed missing glass. The unit was clean and comfortable .The amenities were missing.

I liked the location and it was clean. Parking was free.

The curtains were sheer so the neighbors could see in and it was so bright from the neighbors lights it was hard to sleep in the master bedroom. Also, neighbors could see in. The hot and cold did not work in the upstairs shower and the bathroom door did not close. The fees seemed excessive for this property. I own rentals so I am familiar.
