Appartamento molto accogliente pulito e spazioso. La massima disponibilità da parte dello staff con gentilezza. Ho trovato la posizione molto strategica per visitare la Cascata delle Marmore.

Appartamento ben oltre le aspettative. Ambiente pulitissimo, molto curato nei minimi particolari, pulizia bagno davvero impeccabile. Confort da sogno. Dovessi ritornare a Terni sicuramente sarebbe la mia prima scelta.

The room was fine and the shared kitchen and lounge was new and clean. The breakfast bread and packaged left something to be liked.

Clean, modern, decorated recently, the staff was very polite. The breakfast was very well suitable for our early leave. Also, it was organized well. The design was great with all the little details.

It is a shared apartment, with two bedrooms, one suite and the other with a separate bathroom, but only for that bedroom. We stayed there for two days. On our first day, we barely saw the neighbors from the next room who stayed in the next room, they were organized and silent people, it was great. On the second day, other people arrived at the site who were very noisy, disorganized, and had a party all night long, as the rooms are joined together you can hear everything from one report to the next. The apartment is fine, I think you just have to be lucky with your neighbors.

Very organized, responsible home owner. Appeared shortly after our arrival call. The apartment is cozy, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a shared living room. We had very quiet neighbors. I really liked the balcony-terrace. Attention to interior details can be felt in all spaces. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, there are bathrobes in the bathroom, all kinds of tools in the kitchen, city maps are provided. The breakfast set is OK.

I was amused by the way the common spaces were divided, by the owner's marking of the furniture with ribbons of different colors. You are constantly tensed not to "go to someone else's garden", you check whether this particular drawer, tool, item is intended for you or your neighbor. You are stressed, afraid to make a mistake. But we understand the order of this housing, strict hygiene requirements and accept the rules.
